People were nice but they were running way behind on testing. Also they're terribly misinformed about the BMV. They said we had to be there by 4:30 which was not true at all. BMV is open until 5pm and they take you if you're there by 5pm. Edit- We scheduled a test for my son for 3:30. The tester got to him at 4. They returned at 4:30. The gentleman at the desk said it was too late to go to the BMV to get his license. He said you had to be at the BMV by 4:30 or they wouldn't take you. I decided to try anyway. We arrived at the BMV at 4:40. They were happy to help us. I asked if there's some sort of rule about 4:30. She said there is not. They are open until 5pm. They don't close the doors until 5pm. If you're there by 5, they help you. So, although both the tester and man at the front desk were very nice, the tester had gotten 30 min behind and the man at the desk gave me false information about the BMV. I would recommend this site for testing, but schedule an appointment early in the day. Read Less

I called about on the road driving for my 24 year old . They told Me she had to take an online class first before they can schedule driving . The online course was 80 bucks . The person I spoke to never said what course to take . So we going the right course or thought it was . My fighter did the course . We went into the store and was told you did the wrong course making us feel stupid. He said you did the wrong course you have to do this one . Not very polite. Or course my daughter was upset because she spent 2 weeks doing this one. So we left . I called another driving school and googled it and it appears she didn’t have to do an online course according to Ohio guidelines . Be very careful who you choose to teach your kids how to drive . But this guy was not very polite and talked down to us . Read Less
