Owner verbally threatened me after they did NOT pick my child up for her drive time. Classless and not professional. Had issues with them with my first daughter too. Read reviews! Horrible company and people, absolutely horrible!

My instructor was very cool and taught us a lot I enjoyed the class because of him he was definitely very nice wish I could give him 5 stars . Now as far as the staff they was very rude !! They don’t have any offices so they have to work in the classroom while we are being taught in the same area … which caused discomfort. They need to expand its hard to learn while hearing phone conversations, phones ringing and extra conversations.

This place is so unprofessional. They cancel classes last minute. Had my son sitting at the site for hours before they told us they had no teacher. They don't seem to keep track of the students progress. Ive had to take him multiple locations just cause I wanted him to complete the classes in a reasonable time. At this point I really regret picking this dtiving school and i don't recommend them!!! I want my money bavk!!!!

Paid money in full but after 6 months you basically have to take the class back over if you don't get all drive times done. Drive times were so backed up there was no way you could even get all 6 sche...
Paid money in full but after 6 months you basically have to take the class back over if you don't get all drive times done. Drive times were so backed up there was no way you could even get all 6 scheduled. They basically told me that I have to pay again, Go to another location because they closed Tremainsville location down. Teacher for the class was an amazing teacher though

I had an awesome experience. The cheapest around. I got my classes finished in two weeks and all of my driving done by the end of the month. Loved my teacher and drivers. Worked around all my sports. Office always nice and helpful.

I misunderstood their pricing. I intended to pay all at once, but I was confused by what I was told over the phone. I paid $50 at the first class. TWO days later when I wanted to pay it in full I was ...
I misunderstood their pricing. I intended to pay all at once, but I was confused by what I was told over the phone. I paid $50 at the first class. TWO days later when I wanted to pay it in full I was told in would be $25 more! I could hear the condescending lady on the phone when the instructor called her to explain my mistake. She said their policy is clearly stated OVER the phone and I could call her myself the next day BUT the answer would be NO! Who talks to customers like that? When I went to their website to check pricing it never gave any specifics just said call office. When I went to AMS's website (another driving school), they clearly spell it out. The classroom instructor is very nice, but I think I will be going to AMS next time AND not be recommending Masters & Sylvania. Don't get me wrong. I'm sure they could care less where I go, or what I think!
P.S. Talked with AMS today and they were VERY nice. They offered to give me a discount since I had already paid $50 to M&S, but my daughter would need to take the classes over. Make sure you take your kids there. Much nicer and professional. :)

My instructor was very cool and taught us a lot I enjoyed the class because of him he was definitely very nice wish I could give him 5 stars . Now as far as the staff they was very rude !! Drive times were so backed up there was no way you could even get all 6 scheduled. They basically told me that I have to pay again, Go to another location because they closed Tremainsville location down. Teacher for the class was an amazing teacher though
