We, and several other families have had a horrendous experience with this school. Barbara (the owner) is a very disrespectful, rude, and condescending woman who thinks she does nothing wrong.
They are extremely disorganized, and her claim to fame is “we have six months per our contract”.
They cancelled classes several times and once even didn’t know they were supposed to have an instructor scheduled (and several families showed up to the location).
She will make sure to say if you want a refund, there’s a $40 fee per contract.
It also takes 6-8 weeks to schedule the road test because they are so short staffed and disorganized. Barbara herself is doing road training daily and you can never reach her right away.
Please make sure to find another driving school. The experience is miserable, and frustrating, and when you speak to Barbara, never pleasant.

This was the absolutely worst school ever. After my son completed the classes and attempted to call and schedule for drive time. The message said “we are backed up, do not leave several messages and we will contact you” after never hearing from them we repeated the process two more times. Eventually, I called to speak to some one directly “ Barbara “ the owner .. she was extremely rude and said his time had expired he would have to retake the course. I then attempted to explain that no one returned out calls. After asking to speak with someone else she hung up on me .

Well for starters on my first day while driving I got attacked with a lead pipe while driving by some crazy guy who jumped out in front of the car. We tried to press charges but the Police said there was nothing they can do about it. So I ended up driving the next few days my instructor was either super early or super late the instructors are really nice but the company screwed up their schedules. I talked to Barbara but she was on a boat (yacht) and said we were unprofessional about calling her.

I can not believe what a bad experience i had with this school. I took extra hours to learn parallel parking but My driving instructor still didn't teach it to me. And i asked my refund or extend the time to teach me parallel parking but the lady Barbara was so mean and she said she is not gonna refund my money ,plus we don't use parallel parking in Ohio.
I called their office before i scheduled
and asked specifically and requested to learn parallel parking and they said ok.
But after they took my money they just didn't care.
And the lady was so rude on the phone even she made fun of me and laughed at me.
Not a professional place.
But i am gonna go after it in a legal way.
Find another place if you have a chance

After checking with this company and another local driver's ed company about online courses and drive times we decided to go with this one. My other 2 kids went to the other one and we had some issues...
After checking with this company and another local driver's ed company about online courses and drive times we decided to go with this one. My other 2 kids went to the other one and we had some issues receiving their certificates but everything else was good, apparently there were major personnel changes underway and things were held up as far as certificates. My youngest son is always busy with school activities from sports to drama to academics so we knew we needed online classes. We were told the drive times were scheduling 6-7 weeks out which while that seems long the other company was even longer so we went with Masters. The online classroom is billed separately from the driving school and costs about $100 extra but there was absolutely no time to sit in a classroom and we needed to get this taken care of. Well a month after paying the Masters fee which totaled $390 I still had not heard from them so I called back. We are now being told that they don't have drive times until the middle of July which is 19 weeks from when I was initially told 6-7. BIG DIFFERENCE! Had I known that I would have gone with the other company which was also about $100 cheaper. Now we will be left trying to figure out transportation again and are out almost $500 currently when this should have already been taken care of. By the way, in the state of Ohio all portions of driver's ed must be completed within 6 months or you have to pay again and take all portions again. This is pushing 5 months barring any issues. Wonder how many have had to retake and repay because of the company not being on time?

Awesome school. Got my license on first try. My teacher JIM was great and my driver Pete was fun and so good with maneuvers.

I had a great experience with this school. My teacher was fun and made the material interesting. My drivers were all good. The office helped me with all of my scheduling issues.

This class was terrible. Teacher was unenthusiastic and a terrible teacher. Constantly eating and on her phone. The material couldnt have been more dull and the way the material taught was even worse. The vidoes on a tv that was 15 inches by 15 inches(not an exaggeration). It was hard to hear and see and there was an audio lag. No air conditioning. And door was left open while the vidoes were playing and street noise made it harder to hear. I took this course mid summer and there was no air conditioning the entire time. Half of the material on the test wasnt taught. Inconsistency throughout the entire program. Would recommend taking it online. DONT GIVE THEM TYLUR BUSINESS THEY BY NO MEANS DESERVE IT!!!!

We, and several other families have had a horrendous experience with this school. Barbara (the owner) is a very disrespectful, rude, and condescending woman who thinks she does nothing wrong.

I can not believe what a bad experience i had with this school. I took extra hours to learn parallel parking but My driving instructor still didn't teach it to me. And i asked my refund or extend the time to teach me parallel parking but the lady Barbara was so mean and she said she is not gonna refund my money ,plus we don't use parallel parking in Ohio.
