My son had to wait an extra two months to get his license because it was so difficult to get his on-road driving scheduled. First they cancelled all of his sessions because there was a lapse in their insurance (what?!). Next, the instructor was impossible to reach until we were given his personal cell phone number. Last, he stated he was the only instructor doing the driving portion, and was only scheduling on certain days of the weeks / times of day. After paying the ridiculous pricing, you shouldn't have to jump through hoops.
Editing to add that the instructor fell asleep while my son was driving on the highway.
Now six months later, my coworker is dealing with a nearly identical issue. Yikes.

Betty and her staff at B-SAFE were fantastic all the way around! My son's training was very well done and he is a very responsible driver due in part to B-SAFE. They have also helped us navigate a couple of difficult situations with my son almost a year and a half after he was a student of the school. After we moved to California, my son's wallet was stolen and we've had a very difficult time getting him a new license since he had an out of state license originally and was still a minor. But, with Betty's help, they helped us secure all the legal documents and waivers needed from Ohio to get him his license in California. Highly recommend B-SAFE!

The Absolute WORST!! They gladly took my money back in August, and my child is still waiting on her in car classes 5 1/2 months later. Called today to tell me they had to reschedule one of her classes...
The Absolute WORST!! They gladly took my money back in August, and my child is still waiting on her in car classes 5 1/2 months later. Called today to tell me they had to reschedule one of her classes, without considering my child has a job and needs to give 2 weeks to request time off. They are completely unprofessional and rude. Go anywhere but here!!

Trenton branch. The woman at the front desk is beyond rude! She does not return calls and flat out lies about things. It took forever to get my daughter scheduled as we paid half of the total and were told that the other half would be due once in car was scheduled only to find out that the lady lied and we couldn't even schedule until the full amount was paid. Which we paid once we found that out and then it took my calling and leaving message after message that I would contact the BBB if someone did not call us back to finally get her scheduled. A total of 6 weeks after our first payment is how long it took to get scheduled.Today I took my daughter to pick up her completion certificate and the first thing she says to another worker when we enter the front door, "Well look at that.You open the door and they all come in." As she smirks and shakes her head. Mind you. We were the only customers there. In car instructor was good though and was always on time picking my daughter up to drive.

Mrs Jodi is great! She is such a wonderful person and made drivers Ed educational, but still fit in time for fun and entertainment. I learned so much in the class and I am honestly sad and do not know what I am going to do on my weekdays now. I will miss Mrs Jodi and B-SAFE! I highly recommend this place and believe everyone should go here to meet Mrs Jodi and learn how to be a responsible and safe new driver.

B-Safe Driving School is an excellent place for teenagers to become more familiar with becoming a responsible driver. Parents have to take some of the responsibility too, but B-Safe does an outstanding job in class room training and in car driving. My daughter went there and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My third daughter is currently doing in-car driving, all three of them having attended B-Safe. You cannot beat the price and all three have actually enjoyed the classes although long on a school night. The first two passed the test on the first try and the third looks like she will too. Driving school is not a substitute for the parent teaching the child to be careful and to approach driving in a very serious way. This is what all those hours in the car with a parent shou...ld be about. If nothing, driving school is great because the teenagers hear the same things from a different person and many of them are more likely to believe it from someone else other than their parent, especially someone like the instructor Dave in Carlisle. All my girls have really enjoyed Dave and remember his stories years later. I have been very happy with B-Safe and recommend it to anyone. Mehr anzeigen

Had 2 of my teens in the same class. All instructors were professional and taught them well. Office was very flexible in scheduling and in our case, rescheduling the driving dates/times. Both kids passed the driving and maneuverability on the first try. Thank you B-Safe!

School seems fine, everyone is friendly, however make sure you schedule your driving classes asap and pray you don't have to reschedule....seems as though they have either too many students or not eno...
School seems fine, everyone is friendly, however make sure you schedule your driving classes asap and pray you don't have to reschedule....seems as though they have either too many students or not enough driving instructors to service customers needs in a timely manner......would be nice to know these shortcomings prior to starting this school...probably would have gone elsewhere

My son had to wait an extra two months to get his license because it was so difficult to get his on-road driving scheduled. First they cancelled all of his sessions because there was a lapse in their insurance (what?!). Next, the instructor was impossible to reach until we were given his personal cell phone number. Last, he stated he was the only instructor doing the driving portion, and was only scheduling on certain days of the weeks / times of day. Betty and her staff at B-SAFE were fantastic all the way around! My son's training was very well done and he is a very responsible driver due in part to B-SAFE. They have also helped us navigate a couple of difficult situations with my son almost a year and a half after he was a student of the school. Mrs Jodi is great! She is such a wonderful person and made drivers Ed educational, but still fit in time for fun and entertainment. I learned so much in the class and I am honestly sad and do not know what I am going to do on my weekdays now. I will miss Mrs Jodi and B-SAFE! I highly recommend this place and believe everyone should go here to meet Mrs Jodi and learn how to be a responsible and safe new driver.

B-Safe Driving School is an excellent place for teenagers to become more familiar with becoming a responsible driver. Parents have to take some of the responsibility too, but B-Safe does an outstanding job in class room training and in car driving. My daughter went there and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My third daughter is currently doing in-car driving, all three of them having attended B-Safe. You cannot beat the price and all three have actually enjoyed the classes although long on a school night. The first two passed the test on the first try and the third looks like she will too. Driving school is not a substitute for the parent teaching the child to be careful and to approach driving in a very serious way. This is what all those hours in the car with a parent shou...ld be about. If nothing, driving school is great because the teenagers hear the same things from a different person and many of them are more likely to believe it from someone else other than their parent, especially someone like the instructor Dave in Carlisle.
