I got a screw in my tire at 3pm. Called several places but they all said I’d need to make an appointment for the following day. AAA Troy said to bring it in that afternoon and they’d see if it could be repaired. They were able to repair it and get me back on the road. Super nice, super easy, super service!!!

I walked in to the Troy automotive repair shop without an appointment to see if they could install a new headlamp that I had purchased. I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was a Saturday afternoon, but I was immediately greeted by Tyler Collins (Assistant Car Manager) and his associate Jody. (I chose the Troy AAA after having a great experience there when they replaced a difficult-to-access battery in my SUV).
Jody quickly searched for the part # while Tyler went outside to look at the engine compartment to determine the install.
They went out of their way to help after determining the lamp I had purchased was not the correct one. Several minutes later I was returning with the correct lamps (bought 2 so that AAA could replace both, saving me money and my time) and within minutes, they had my vehicle pulled into the service bay.
I was surprised how quickly both lamps were replaced and even more surprised with the minimal cost! So if you’re unsure where to take your vehicle for service that you can trust and pricing that beats the competition, I Def recommend Troy AAA! They work hard to earn your business!

These people told us that our jeepbwas rejecting cadillac converter. So we took our jeep to our trusted mechanic and today we showed him what it was doing. We trust him more than anyone else and liter...
These people told us that our jeepbwas rejecting cadillac converter. So we took our jeep to our trusted mechanic and today we showed him what it was doing. We trust him more than anyone else and literally said it was either the coil pack or spark plugs so he changed the spark plugs and then he test drove it and now it's not doing it. Hell our sister took her car to aaa and they told her her engine was going to blow. Funny took it to our trusted mechanic and said it's not going to blow the engine was just fine. DO NOT TRUST AAA EVER. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

We had an amazing experience thanks to Daryl and Drew. Daryl was very helpful and ordered in the tires I needed same day for me. Drew did a fantastic job putting on my tires, tpms sensors and alignment. I highly recommend them.

So I had a blowout that AAA towed to their own shop because of mileage cost. Sure that’s fine. But I would have paid the cost of the tow had I known what they were going to do to me. They at first quote me to replace the tire, finding me one the “only one” they had in stock. Was a decent tire so I wasn’t against it, but yah the price was a bit steep for labor and disposal (way above everywhere else). Then I get back to get my car and they (without asking me or confirming with me), slapped on a different tire than what they quoted me for because turns out they were out of stock of that one too. The tire they gave me was more expensive, thus making any additional tires I needed to match more expensive, too. Then they tell me that while the tech was looking at it, he tried to roll my window down, and the window collapsed in. That’s never happened ever before. But of course it’s not their fault right? Then I drive the car home and start hearing noises like grinding and scraping. Turns out when they replace my tire, they knocked my wheel well liner around my tire completely loose so now it’s dragging against the brand new more expensive tire. Don’t ever go here. They will overcharge you without checking diligently and then break other things in the process.

I got a screw in my tire at 3pm. Called several places but they all said I’d need to make an appointment for the following day. AAA Troy said to bring it in that afternoon and they’d see if it could be repaired. They were able to repair it and get me back on the road. Super nice, super easy, super service!!!
