Issue has been resolved. However, this is the response from Myers on my BBB complaint... The student is scheduled, 5 weeks after signing up, instead of our "estimate" of about 4. For some reason our personnel thought this student was in Wayne county where is wait time is much shorter... turns out the student lives in Stark county where the waits this time of year are 10-12 weeks. I hope that their in car experience will be good. Sorry for the miscommunication. I DO NOT live in Stark County, I know where I live ... Wayne County. This was not my fault. If I could I would leave 0 stars. When we signed up for the driving part only we were told that they were booked out about 4 weeks. It has been 4 weeks, I've called 5 times just wanting to know a time frame of when the driving could be scheduled. Each time I had to answer the same questions of did I sign a contract, did I pay in full has my daughter completed the book part of the program; all ok but with technology. Anyway, minor compared to the, "at the office we don't schedule the driving. Your daughters name was released so a driver should be in contact with you. I will text the driver and get back with you." Every time and every time there is NO return call and when I call back in, "I see in the notes you called in . I'll text the driver...." It's like the Henry the 8th song, 2nd verse same as the first a little bit louder and a little bit worse. Not to mention the time my daughter called in and whoever she talked to was very rude to her, telling her that when she got her schedule to call the driver BUT did not give a number to call. Not a very good experience; should have paid the extra $150 and went with the place my first child learned to drive Officers Driving. Now trying to get my money back and am told that they don't offer refunds. Again, not a very good experience here! Read Less
