I’ve never been treated so rudely. I asked simple questions and it was insulated that I was too stupid to understand. My questions could have easily been answered with a phone call by the receptionist to a second party, but instead she told me I was too confusing to talk to. I am a college educated school employee, but I’m apparently not smart enough for her.

Called to complain about the driving of their white Infiniti car on I70 and of course got no answer. Vehicle cut us off right as we were about to pass, going under the speed limit then cut the semi truck off that she was passing. Parents beware! These are highly unsafe habits this school is teaching that will get your young driver in an accident and possibly killed!

The lady my niece had for in car was extremely unprofessional. She played loud, inappropriate music and sung along distractingly. She used a lot of profanity, including the n word, the f word, and the r word. She made my niece very uncomfortable and anxious about driving.

Very unprofessional. Of the four scheduled driving times for my son one was cancelled then remade "it was a mistake". The last drive was cancelled and caused him to have to postpone his drivers exam....
Very unprofessional. Of the four scheduled driving times for my son one was cancelled then remade "it was a mistake". The last drive was cancelled and caused him to have to postpone his drivers exam. They did not have his certificate ready for him at completion. Days later I had to call to get it. Still was not ready. I scheduled his test and they ASSURED ME they would drop it off at the BMV the day before. We showed up and guess what! No certificate! Now we must reschedule again. You have two options in Zanesville. Don't use this one.

I’ve never been treated so rudely. I asked simple questions and it was insulated that I was too stupid to understand. My questions could have easily been answered with a phone call by the receptionist to a second party, but instead she told me I was too confusing to talk to.
