To rate this place even one star feels generous. My stepson attended this program, and our experience was disappointing from start to finish. On multiple occasions, the staff we spoke with were unnecessarily rude and dismissive when we asked simple questions about instructional driving lessons and scheduling a driving test. As paying customers, we expected basic courtesy and professionalism, but instead we were met with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Beyond the customer service, we found the driver's education program to be lacking. While I understand that Oklahoma's minimum classroom requirements are limited, the value simply wasn't there for the amount charged. For comparison, I paid less for my daughter to attend Jenks Community Education's driver's education program, where she received 30 hours of classroom instruction, assistance with the required work zone safety course, and help scheduling her behind-the-wheel instructional drives—all included for less than what Tiger Driving School charged. I don't believe in criticizing without offering an alternative, so if you're a parent looking for driver's education in the Tulsa area, I would strongly recommend Jenks Community Education instead. My advice to Broken Arrow Tiger Driving School is simple: treat your customers with respect. Families are trusting you with an important milestone in their teenager's life and paying a significant amount of money to do so. ** FORMER STUDENT** I took driving lessons with Mr. Richard. He was always very kind & patient as I found my bearings behind the wheel. On lessons, we drove the streets of BA & he was able to help me navigate the road while also helping me remain calm (which was very appreciated coming from a nervous teen)! He made me feel very confident in my ability to pass my test. So much so that I am most often asked to be the driver for a road trip with friends because my skills show! :) He gave me tips that I still find myself referencing in real life situations so I’m very thankful I got such a kind & patient instructor! The best place to take your teen for a driver's test. We did parent taught drivers ed and then called Tiger Driving School to make an appointment for the driving test. They do a pretest before they take them on the actual test. My son said that it helped so much, not only for taking the test but for his nerves also. He tested with Jen. She was so kind and patient.
