To rate this place even one star feels generous.
My stepson attended this program, and our experience was disappointing from start to finish. On multiple occasions, the staff we spoke with were unnecessarily rude and dismissive when we asked simple questions about instructional driving lessons and scheduling a driving test. As paying customers, we expected basic courtesy and professionalism, but instead we were met with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience.
Beyond the customer service, we found the driver's education program to be lacking. While I understand that Oklahoma's minimum classroom requirements are limited, the value simply wasn't there for the amount charged. For comparison, I paid less for my daughter to attend Jenks Community Education's driver's education program, where she received 30 hours of classroom instruction, assistance with the required work zone safety course, and help scheduling her behind-the-wheel instructional drives—all included for less than what Tiger Driving School charged.
I don't believe in criticizing without offering an alternative, so if you're a parent looking for driver's education in the Tulsa area, I would strongly recommend Jenks Community Education instead.
My advice to Broken Arrow Tiger Driving School is simple: treat your customers with respect. Families are trusting you with an important milestone in their teenager's life and paying a significant amount of money to do so. Professionalism, clear communication, and basic kindness should be the minimum standard—not the exception. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I cannot recommend this program. Read Less
