If your teenager has signed up for in-person driving instruction sessions, pray you do not get a certain instructor. (Will not mention by name here in a public forum, but a complaint will be filed with the school in the morning.) Instructor was very rude, disrespectful, made my daughter very uncomfortable. I would think, an instructor with an adult maturity level, would be understanding and supportive. Instead of immediately criticizing a new driver here to learn, by sternly asking things like "do you have a medical condition? Are you deaf?" and "are you still asleep? Still half-awake?". So condescending and berating right off the bat, that she was distraught and nervous and probably led to some mistakes. Like not noticing a pothole in the road and getting yelled at for it. So overall, a humiliating experience from an instructor who I would think, would have experience and empathy working with young drivers. Being paired with this instructor would not only be a horrible learning experience, but the demeanor towards students is distracting, and could lead to unsafe driving situations, endangering not only the student/instructor, but endangering other drivers as well. I would not feel safe with my teen in a car with this instructor.
This is frustrating, as this is her third driving session with the school, and her previous two sessions were with very helpful, very friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable instructors.

Great staff and very helpful at Oklahoma Driving school.I definitely recommend going there, I got my license today after passing the exam at the school.I worked with Norra Addams at Oklahoma Driving School, and it was an excellent experience. Nora was a professional interpreter and attended with me 16 hours of translation from English to Arabic and vice versa. All the materials were ready, and she joined me in every class. I highly recommend anyone needing translation during their driving courses to work with her.

I had a great instructor for the defensive driving course. The course is roughly 4hrs. But it will drop points off your record. Unless COURT APPOINTED... If that's the case, you can take it again, the same week, and get points take off. And it is definitely worth the money and a great refresher as well.

This is a great option for people to improve driving skills and pass written test, driving test and even defensive driving courses. Nash was amazing, very patient, courteous, friendly and professional. He goes above and beyond at his job, this is our first time here but we will gladly recommend this school to damily and friends for driving certs related stuff.
I came back and this time my examiner was Bill R. I have to say, I was amazed by his teaching techniques, he focuses on how will this best practice benefit the student and does not have to deal with persuading people after you hear the reasoning and explanation you realize how much better it is and will end up doing it. I could see how experienced he is on what he was doing. He made spending my money with you worthed I would not go anywhere else.

You can do everything here to get your license but the written test. I would recommend them for any new driver.

I loved Coach Nash & Coach Mims I highly recommend spending the money & enrolling. Very easy to understand & they are very helpful. I highly recommend Coach Nash has requesting that to be your State Examiner for your driving test & Coach Mims for your driving Instructor Behind the wheel sessions. They both have great patience & a big heart! I loved this school.

I had an awlful experience there. They didn't really help me to get my license plus I already paid them $400 to teach me how to drive. Nor did I enjoy there services because of how they spoke to me and my family. If anyone suggest this place I wouldn't. Because they don't treat people who paid for their services with respect.

My daughter took drivers ed here. She learned a lot and felt confident about taking her permit and driving test when she was done. She passed both on her first try. What I liked most is that you don't have to stand in line at the DMV to take your test. They done it at Oklahoma driving school. I would highly recommend this school for any child learning to drive. A millions time better than school taught drivers ed.

I had to deal with them multiple times so I gonna detail all my issues. Firstly i went to them as someone who needed a crash course at older than 18(18&19) because i took drivers ed when i was a sophmore and still needed a to get my license i also liked the fact that they had their own cars for the test. The issue was never the ladies in the office but i encountered some rude men instructors there. The office staff is seasoned and friendly at first but they truly conduct a business it seems like a teenage driver factory. Anyway after being loudly questioned over and over again about info i already filled out online i ended up with a anal male instructor. He was cold and didnt do much to ease your anxiety for a already nervous driver like me. Fast Forward i failed miserably because he became annoyed and yelled while i was driving which frightend me the whole way back. At the end of the test i got out the car and was in tears he beraded my driving so badly i just kept crying.He could tell i was visibly shook and tried to justify his attitude by saying "im not being mean you just need more practice." At the end no constructive criticism was given and all he recommended was their expensive practice sessions , i never left so discouraged. And thats just my FIRST experience.

I had to take driver's ed here and driving lessons because I didn't have a car.
The classroom instruction was very good. Coach Nash is a good guy, but very much by the book.
My (on the road) driving instructor, whose name I forgot, was rude and acted as if I was doing him a favour. I was paying the school a dollar a minute, it is not my fault if he was getting a raw deal.
The actual test, despite failing twice, is better than what you'll get at DPS. DPS will just tell you to park the car after you fail. These guys will finish the test even if you make a critical error, and tell you what you did wrong. Trust me, that is a very valuable service.
Overall this place is okay to learn to drive, but really expensive. Highly recommend getting your own car if you're serious about learning to drive.

Our child had a good experience with Oklahoma Driving School. The instructors provided her the necessary basis for becoming a good teen driver. We did a lot of practice driving at home and found their hints for driving with a teen were very helpful.
The reasons for four and not five stars is that I would like to be able to schedule drive times online rather than calling on the phone. In most cases, the scheduler would have to call me back. Oklahoma Driving School was always prompt in returning the call, but I'm used to scheduling such appointments and services online. The school also did not pick up for drives close to our home, so we had to meet them at location about five miles from where we live. Again, not a big deal, just not as convenient.
The one thing I encourage parents to do is take the final driving test with Oklahoma Driving School. This was a wonderful convenience.

If your teenager has signed up for in-person driving instruction sessions, pray you do not get a certain instructor. (Will not mention by name here in a public forum, but a complaint will be filed with the school in the morning.) Instructor was very rude, disrespectful, made my daughter very uncomfortable. Great staff and very helpful at Oklahoma Driving school.I definitely recommend going there, I got my license today after passing the exam at the school.I worked with Norra Addams at Oklahoma Driving School, and it was an excellent experience. This is a great option for people to improve driving skills and pass written test, driving test and even defensive driving courses. Nash was amazing, very patient, courteous, friendly and professional. He goes above and beyond at his job, this is our first time here but we will gladly recommend this school to damily and friends for driving certs related stuff.

I had an awlful experience there. They didn't really help me to get my license plus I already paid them $400 to teach me how to drive. Nor did I enjoy there services because of how they spoke to me and my family. If anyone suggest this place I wouldn't. Because they don't treat people who paid for their services with respect.

My daughter took drivers ed here. She learned a lot and felt confident about taking her permit and driving test when she was done. She passed both on her first try. Our child had a good experience with Oklahoma Driving School. The instructors provided her the necessary basis for becoming a good teen driver. We did a lot of practice driving at home and found their hints for driving with a teen were very helpful.
