A great place to improve your skills as a driver and learn your limits as a driver. Learn how to handle your car when it loses traction and drive your car at high speeds on track. The trainers are knowledgeable and easy to learn from their instructions. I highly enjoyed my time here and look to further improve my driving skills here in the future. I would highly recommend this school for everyone.

I’ve taken the high performance driving class several times and have vastly improved my ability to negotiate curves at speed. The skills carry over to everyday driving at the speed limit too, as you learn the right way to track through a curve.

This high-performance track day was so much fun! It was great to see so many different types of people and types of cars enjoying the class. My instructor Jim was super nice, super informative and encouraging. I will definitely be back for another day.

On July 7, 2026, I participated in the High Performance Driving Course, which was informative, educational and a complete BLAST!
My passenger instructor, Steve, was friendly, helpful and informative on navigating the raceway with my 2025 35 Anniversary Mazda Miata. I met several of the other participants many of whom were first-timers for this Course. And I loved seeing the other cars at the Course. Really fun stuff! And you do not have to be young to enjoy the experience--I'm 74!
Lastly, Kristen was very helpful and friendly in helping me and answering my questions. She is an efficient manager and coordinator.

I've taken the car control class twice now. The first time was several years ago with three other students and I learned some valuable skills. The reality is, thankfully, we don't have many days in Portland with snow and ice, so I took a private lesson this time to get more practice. Instruction and feedback was excellent, and I feel much more confident to take on the winter roads. I'll probably continue to take a refresher course every few years. Practice makes perfect! Highly recommend.

I want to thank Prodrive employees for speaking to me about the program even on a day off. I live 3 minutes away from PIR and the Prodrive events and my 3 bucket list things includes a chance to get on a real race track in a real race car with the REALDEAL professional drivers well as teachers @ Prodrive. Someday...keep it up

The school was an absolute blast. The instructors are not only first class and wonderfully helpful, but approachable and personable. The car I used was excellently maintained. The mech crew was professionally excellent and helpful. I highly recommend it to any one wondering about racing.

A great place to improve your skills as a driver and learn your limits as a driver. Learn how to handle your car when it loses traction and drive your car at high speeds on track. The trainers are knowledgeable and easy to learn from their instructions. I highly enjoyed my time here and look to further improve my driving skills here in the future. I would highly recommend this school for everyone.

I've taken the car control class twice now. The first time was several years ago with three other students and I learned some valuable skills. The reality is, thankfully, we don't have many days in Portland with snow and ice, so I took a private lesson this time to get more practice. Instruction and feedback was excellent, and I feel much more confident to take on the winter roads. I'll probably continue to take a refresher course every few years. Practice makes perfect!
