A friend recommended this course as well as my Insurance agent. I found it to be very very informative, enjoyable and inventive. The short videos were excellent. There was alot I forgot and alot I never knew. The defensive driving section was fabulous. Well worth the $17 and my insurance discount

My husband and I took the 8-hour original course in 2019. The course took 16 hours. The cost was $34. We saved $60 per each of the three years. We were in the process of taking the 4-hour "refresher" ...
My husband and I took the 8-hour original course in 2019. The course took 16 hours. The cost was $34. We saved $60 per each of the three years. We were in the process of taking the 4-hour "refresher" course, which also cost $34. After completing 3 units, we spent 2 hours and 10 minutes. At this pace, we will need 7 hours and 25 minutes to complete the refresher course. When I pointed this out in an email to this organization, I was immediately removed from the course and issued a refund. Poor representation by this company of their product. My time was apparently not as valuable to them as much as my money.
