I took the 8 hour, as I needed a refresher course. I already have my driver's license but never drove after I got it, as I moved to NYC. Now that I moved to PA I needed to learn to drive ASAP! I worked with Bob, who is a great instructor, and has been teaching for the past 30 years or so. He is very calm instructing even though I was quite anxious behind the wheel. They are very popular, esp in the summer, so I suggest booking as early as possible. I had to cancel one lesson and I would not be able to book another one til the next month! However, Cheri, who handles all the scheduling, was able to switch my lesson last minute with another student, so I was able to keep the lesson for the same day, just at a different time. Cheri really worked with my schedule, which I really appreciated it. All in all I highly recommend this driving school and make sure to ask for Bob! Read Less

I took three two 2 hour lessons with Instructor Tim. Tim is amazing! I highly suggest him as an instructor. I felt very comfortable driving with him. And he taught me the how to parallel park perfectly! I then purchased the day of test service and had instructor Bob. I felt comfortable with him as well. I passed my test on the 1st attempt!!! I had Lynne as my instructor for all my lessons! She was extremly good, patient, and taught me everything I needed to know for the test. She taught me how to parallel park and thanks to her, I got it in on the first try! She showed me the whole driving course and we went through it many times until I was ready! Lynne was my instructor for the course of this month and she was incredible. She taught me everything I needed to know for the license exam, and was incredibly encouraging. I originally had terrible driving anxiety, but after an hour of being taught, I became very confident. Cantors driving school was amazing! I pasted the test on my first try all thanks to my wonderful instructor Terri. He was great company and made the lessons just fly by.my driving was a little rough around the edges but he help me shape things right up. I would recommend this to people who don't know how to drive at all or people who just need help with a few things. We purchased the 6 hour, behind the wheel package for my teenage son. He had his permit for approximately 9 months prior to these lessons. He found driving somewhat stressful...and who can blame him in this era of traffic volume and distracted drivers. We had limited our parental sessions to 45 min. or less, so I was a bit apprehensive about how he'd do for 2 hours at a time. His instructor, Gaetano, was firm, patient, corrected bad habits I hadn't noticed and taught him tips I hadn't thought of. The lessons ran the gamut of all types of driving situations, including the dreaded parallel parking. They offer door to door pickup from both home and school. The best part....my son passed on the first try...the first kid to do so the whole morning at the DMV. Well worth the money and no investment is more important! Read Less

Definitely the best way to learn how to drive! Cantor's Driving School was worth it especially since learning to drive with parents can be a nerve racking ordeal for both parties.  My driving instructor Mindy was very patient, positive, and fun to be around. The environment was relaxing which enabled me to pick up techniques easily and confidently. I was surprised how quickly I learned to parallel park. Mindy also guided me through my driving test giving me tips along the way. I used to fear driving on the highway and wanted to avoid it at all costs but now I feel totally comfortable!
