I recently purchased a marathon carriage that was originally purchased from driving essentials. I called the company and spoke to Jack who was extremely kind, patient, and happy to answer ALL of my questions! Jack was able to look up the serial number and gave me information on my carriage. I have to say the quality is exceptional as this carriage was made in 2003! I was really impressed with how patient and kind he was answering all of my questions! He truly went above and beyond. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

I was in town from Texas so I stopped in yesterday looking for a good quality carriage harness. I browsed the store while she helped two other customers, then stood for quite a long while, waiting to ...
I was in town from Texas so I stopped in yesterday looking for a good quality carriage harness. I browsed the store while she helped two other customers, then stood for quite a long while, waiting to be helped, while they chatted about knee replacements and recent competitions. After being ignored for chit chat, I walked out. Needless to say, I won’t be back, I won’t be purchasing my harness from them, and was extremely disappointed in the customer service or lack of customer service. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a marathon carriage that was originally purchased from driving essentials. I called the company and spoke to Jack who was extremely kind, patient, and happy to answer ALL of my questions! Jack was able to look up the serial number and gave me information on my carriage. I was in town from Texas so I stopped in yesterday looking for a good quality carriage harness. I browsed the store while she helped two other customers, then stood for quite a long while, waiting to be helped, while they chatted about knee replacements and recent competitions.
