I used this school to help my daughter increase her driving confidence and of course, lower our insurance rates. Before this class, my daughter was a totally anxious permit driver. It was bad and I hated being in the car with her because she was so unsure of every decision even with the guidance from an adult in the front seat. To drive you need a certain level of confidence so that you can make fast and concise decisions that keep you and everyone else on the road safe. After 7 months with a permit she struggled with confidence and I didn’t think she was ready for is license yet so I sought out a driving school to help. Her least favorite part about the class was the classroom setting, however, she learned so much good information in there! She came home, telling me a few things she learned—it was a great start. Next the actual 101 training happened with Mr. Zimmer and it was phenomenal for her to put everything into practice. Having someone who wasn’t a family member give her instruction was a godsend for her. Plus, the way he explained things made a lot of sense to her. When she went into the class, she relied heavily on the passenger to tell her what she needed to do, but Mr. Zimmer taught her the information and then trusted her to execute and this is what I believe propelled her into having more confidence. She learned quickly that she could trust her instincts/herself. She got infinitely better going through the class and continued to improve so much afterward too. The instructor really know what he’s doing! Another thing I appreciated about the class was when she was able to be dropped off at our house after driving training. That happened a few times and was incredibly convenient. My son will be attending this driving school very soon and although he is a more confident driver and drives well for a permit driver, I'm excited to see how Mr. Zimmer helps him fine tune & improve his knowledge and driving before he gets his licenses. I highly recommend this school for anyone wanting to improve confidence and driving skills of their teens. I assure you that if they’re willing to learn and apply the information with lots of practice, the quality of their driving will noticeably improve. There’s nothing like having confidence in your kids when they're out on the road driving themselves. There are so many things us parents have to worry about, don’t allow driving to be one of them! I’ve had a car crash in June 2025 and I really needed confidence and someone to help me to get back on the road. Richard was really patient with me, and encouraging and giving feedback as well as ensuring safety. I’ve been to other driving schools and I’ve never seen such a clean car and such a good instructor. His classroom classes are really fun to learn too! I probably took more classes than other students but it really helped me a lot!
