Absolutely wonderful staff! before I started I failed my road test with the dmv two times, I decided I needed to go to a driving school. I learned so much and worked hard, my instructors were kind and they taught me how to do everything right, when it was time for my road test, I passed on first try with only seven points off! Great class! I took the 2/10/18 class and have not yet done the driving but I will update the review once I have. Very informative instructor! Jon is awesome! UPDATE! Below is a copy of my conversation with John, a driver from Greenville Driving school, which is who 803 Drivers Ed uses. Grant it I did cancel at the last minute but never received a confirmation that he was coming to do my daughter's last session. When I tried to call 803 Drivers Ed directly I was told by the owner that I was a horrible, and irresponsible parent and that my family was too much drama. He even threatened my family! 😵 WHAT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! Needless to say I would NEVER recommend this company because they are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Please see conversation below. Me 7/29: Hello I would like to schedule my daughter's last session of driving. She gets her DL on 8/25 so she would like to do it on 8/19 or 8/20. Ado how much does it cost for her to take her driving test with you? John 7/29:Please send me her first and last name and I will let you know the availability tomorrow. Me 7/29: T**** D**** John 7/30:Sorry, long day on my side... On the 19th, I'm available at 1pm. The 20th at 9am. You referenced the 25th, is that the first day AFTER her 6 month wait? We charge 40 for the test. It is free of charge at the DMV in your own car. Me 7/30: 19th at1p is good. The 25th is the day her permit expires John 8/19: I don't have an address on file. Where am I headed? Me 8/19:I'm sorry. Can we reschedule? I don't have the money to pay you today. John 8/19: That's fine. Let me get back to you regarding when I'm available next. Me 8/19: Okay. I could not so I texted you with the date when I knew I would have the money. And today I text you at lunch and saw your response when I got off. Found myself in a long line of traffic today behind a student driver doing 20mph below the posted speed limit. Found out later that their policy is to train at no more than 35mph. Maybe it's just me, but I find this practice to be dangerous and impractical. First, drivers trapped behind the student don't appreciate being held up. They will likely become impatient and frustrated. They may do something that could then create stress for the student driver thus becoming unsafe for all drivers in the area. Additionally, student drivers should be trained to drive under normal traffic conditions. Driving 35mph in a 55mph zone is not normal. I have a rising Sophomore who will be taking driver's education soon. She will not be using the services of 803DriversEd. I want her to know what she's doing when she completes the course. Read Less
