I took Randy's in person class in Johnson city today, and I honestly enjoyed it. I was dreading it because it was an 8 hour class ordered by the state but Randy was very good at connecting and making the class interesting and enjoyable. He did a great job at explaining and giving details and examples and kept the class engaged. He was also very professional and helped with a few questions I had after the class.

The presentation was outstanding the instructor had me looking deep within my spirit.. It was a pleasure to be in his class..You busy at the end i wanted. To thank you. Your right if you could choose one day to go back or forward to change something tomorrow is right. Im sorry for your lost . Just know I have been thinking about that since Sunday. It's made me think about life. Thank you My name is Steve Daugherty your a heck of a man.

Needed to do a defensive driving school for traffic infractions, I would highly recommend this. Super engaging and well paced, I learned a tonnnnn. Don't even get me started on the instructer, he is extremely nice and an amazing man! 10/10 would come again (by my own volition, not gonna get anymore traffic infractions)

Om Saturday the instructor mocked my tic disorder 3 times and when I told him my eye twitches because of that I was asked to leave and refused a refund. First time I've ever had my disability used against me by a business. Just letting other combat injured veterans know what to expect when the instructor finds out your a veteran

The instructor, Randy Jenkins, was the funniest and most dedicated to his job and was an absolute pleasure to learn from. It was a 12 hour class and it flew by and was actually enjoyable instead a bunch of guilt tripping. I highly recommend using his services if you ever need them lol 👍

Beware of the lady that is responsible for printing the certificates. She is very rude and argumentative. She incorrectly put the TN ID# on my daughter's certificate instead of her GA D.L.# (which is...
Beware of the lady that is responsible for printing the certificates. She is very rude and argumentative. She incorrectly put the TN ID# on my daughter's certificate instead of her GA D.L.# (which is what she needed the class for). She never asked if the class was for a driver license reinstatement. Now they want us to pay an additional $25 for them to correct their mistake. The instructor, Randy Jenkins, is a great instructor. It's a shame the support staff is so rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Be sure to video any interactions you have with her so you'll have proof for any complaint that arises.

I took Randy's in person class in Johnson city today, and I honestly enjoyed it. I was dreading it because it was an 8 hour class ordered by the state but Randy was very good at connecting and making the class interesting and enjoyable. Beware of the lady that is responsible for printing the certificates. She is very rude and argumentative. She incorrectly put the TN ID# on my daughter's certificate instead of her GA D.L.# (which is what she needed the class for). She never asked if the class was for a driver license reinstatement.
