I do not recommend this place at all. It is the worst place I have ever dealt with, and a very unfair and disappointing experience. Our experience with the Allen location was completely unprofessional from start to finish. My 17-year-old son is a good driver and has been learning for two years, yet he was treated in a stressful and disrespectful way during his road test. The examiner (Jannie) was rude and unprofessional. She spoke continuously throughout the test, made constant critical comments, and even raised her voice when giving instructions, which caused unnecessary pressure and affected his focus. A driving examiner should remain calm and neutral, not create stress or distraction. The speed limit was 30 mph, and my son was driving 25 mph in a safe and controlled manner. He was then instructed to speed up, and when his speed briefly reached 31 mph for only a few seconds, he was immediately failed. This decision feels inconsistent and unreasonable. I also contacted the owner directly by phone and email, but received no response, which shows a lack of accountability from management. Honestly, it gives the impression that some teens are failed easily so they have to retake the test and pay the $40 retest fee again, which raises serious concerns about fairness. After the test, the examiner Jannie spoke in a rude and dismissive tone and told me I need to keep training my son, even though he has been driving with a permit for two years and I was supervising him the entire time. The way it was said was unprofessional and unnecessary. To be clear, my son retook the test the same day at another driving school just two hours later, paid again, and passed with no issues. The examiner there confirmed he is a good driver. Overall, this was a very unfair, stressful, and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

My daughter attended the in class and driving school. We got a little busy after the class room stuff and waited a few months to continue the driving process. After some discussion with the two ladies in the office we were able to get everything scheduled. They were very helpful on getting all the paperwork done and with the scheduling. Read Less

Some of the nicest people i've ever met and talked with. If you have any questions whatsoever they do all they can to get you an answer. I went to this driving school for classes and drive times and met the sweetest people. Specifically Jannie of which i ofc made most of my drive times with because she was so sweet. We talked as if we knew each other and had some of the best times together. Loved pretty much everyone i met there and i would recommend to anyone looking for a place for anyone looking to get their permit and move on to their license! Read Less

Ditto on everyone else's comments. This place somehow has two stars. It should be less. The lady that answers the phone must own it or be family since she simply does not care. If you need to reschedule, it's $25. If the drive times do not work, you're told that you have 8 months to finish the class and to visit their website to sort it out yourself. If your son/daughter is talking in class, they call parents instead of managing their class. For $425, you should at least get *some* help on these things. Take your money elsewhere... Read Less

Completely useless classes and worst service ever. When I got the green sheet for my permit, the directions on the white sheet was misleading. When I went to the place in Plano to get my permit, I was turned back because I needed 2 pieces of evidence for home address. I looked at the international student column and there was nothing in there that said for me to get the evidence. It did say for parents to have them in the US citizen section but not in the the international students' one. This school was a complete waste of time and money. Read Less

Registered my son back in June 2016. Now at end of November, he has been able to do only 3 out of 7 lessons. They never have any openings, and limit to 2 sessions per month. I wish I would get my money back. DO NOT GO to this place, take your business somewhere else. Read Less

I agree with the previous reviewers. They took our money too and won't/wouldn't refund us for the behind the wheel that our son wasn't able to take because he was in the hospital. When he got out and we tried to schedule his behind the wheel, they charged us some sort of extension (made up) fee the they said was in place by the DPS. We asked a DPS representative about the fee and were told it was not a fee they have in place. As with the others, we couldn't get our kid scheduled for behind the wheel because the classes were full. This school will rob you blind and not even think twice about it. Teach your kid on your own! It's less frustrating then dealing with this place.I usually try to write positive reviews only, but I don't want anyone else to get taken by this company. I would steer clear of this place at all costs. Nickel and dime you for every little thing, and then make it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to schedule drive times. Son gets sick, I call and tell them he's sick, before his appt, and they still  charge me $25. Can't get any decent drive hours scheduled so they charge me another $50 to extend his driving classes.  As of today, August 31, there's precisely ONE driving appt available through October 15th, and that's AT 2:30, precisiely when school gets out. Ridiculous, You call up there, and it always sounds like all hell's breaking loose and NOBODY really knows what they are talking about. Go elsewhere. I've called up there on three separate occasions over the last two weeks and they keep saying "Check back, more might open up". Definitely stay AWAY! Aggravation NOT WORTH IT! Read Less
