If you have no experience riding a bike DO NOT use them to get certified. Our class started with 8 people and ended with 3 within the first 3 hours. Our instructor did not help the ones that struggled. He humiliated people trying to learn the basics. I never dropped the bike, passed every cone and kept up with the rest of the students and was kicked out. I sent a detailed email and called the head office twice and they passed the buck. I was never called back and never received a reply to my email. I will get my certification elsewhere. Read Less

This was a very fun ,educational and informative class To learn and sharpen your skills to get your motorcycle endorsement. I think it is important to note that not everyone is capable of riding a motorcycle safely with only a couple of classes And this course is not a guaranteed pass. Some students may get removed For not being able to progress at the level that they should and I know it is disappointing if this happens to you..These instructors are not going to just sign off on giving you a license and risk your safety and that of others on the road. It is a very professional establishment. Scott is an amazing instructor and a very patient man...they do not look for perfection but look for improvements throughout the course. Some people struggle with the mechanics of motorcycle Riding, balance, gear shifting and clutch operation. If you have never ridden a motorcycle before. You may want to get someone to teach you the basic mechanics of riding a motorcycle. This class was worth every dollar that I paid, and I learned some skills that I did not really have However, if you get dismissed from this class It is not the instructor being mean, but rather looking out for your well-being and safety !I would 100% recommend this company to anyone seeking their Motorcycle endorsement Read Less

I haven't been in a motorcycle in decades. At 1st I wasn't sure I was at the right place. The 1st day, you spend 1/2 day in the classroom, do a couple of corny experiments, some demonstration, etc but, every single one is for your own benefit. Once you get to the range, David Bennett was so good explaining every single exercise, he wrote the bike to show us how and were to do one thing or another. Professional and right to the point. If I have to take this class again, I will not hesitate to drive all the way to Bedford. If you listen to David and follow his instructions, you will pass the class and or test. Read Less

So, you think that you are "too experienced" for an Intermediate or Experienced Rider Course. So did I. I was wrong. Motorcyclists can never be too skilled or too aware. And wait until you see the skill levels of some of the riders. It's truly a wonder of nature to see a skilled rider whip something like an Electra Glide Ultra Classic through evasive maneuver exercises. There are really skilled riders there still learning. It's the most fun I ever had riding in a parking lot! Read Less

I took the BRC course in Burleson Tx, with Coach Tom Pugh, I have been riding for more than 75% of my life from street bikes to dirt bikes and cruisers, Our instructor Tom was hands down the best, straight forward and not ashamed to let you know what you need to work on. (For the guys that really needed that extra time), as for myself being a little more advanced he would help me break the bad habits I have formed over the years and inspired me to try different things for my safety. I can honestly say he helped me learn some good stuff that could possibly save my life. I would in fact refer friends and family to this program. Mr. Tom you are a great teacher and hopefully I get the pleasure of staying in touch with you. Read Less

When I say I'm a scared newbie on bikes - think trembling.  No experience whatsoever (other than the one motorbike I got on when I was about 12, mowing down a row of English Peas in my aunt's garden).  However, in an attempt to get over my fears, I signed up for the class. The office staff was great at making me feel comfortable and assured me that the coach on site would take care of helping me feel more comfortable on a bike.  They even provided  the motorcycles for us to train on.The classroom portion kept my interest the entire time and the instructor really knew his stuff.  He played well off of each of the people in the class and kept it flowing right along.  I never got bored and never felt like anything was above my head. When we got on the range, he knew I was nervous and assured me that everything would be ok.  After every exercise, he let me know if I was doing something wrong and how I should be doing it.  By the end of the class, I was still nervous, but I really felt a lot more confident on that bike than I ever imagined would be possible. I was incredibly excited to learn how to ride a bike.  I had zero experience and talked non-stop about this class for weeks before the big weekend.  It quickly became obvious that the instructor was a bit of a misogynist and there was no way he was going to pass me.  For example at one point during the classroom portion of the class he asked what was wrong with my face. There was nothing wrong with my face - I was just trying to listen and remember everything that was being said!  Then when we got on the bikes he yelled at me every time I made a lap.  Talk about demoralizing.  The guys in my class had a completely different experience and loved the instructor.  I had a few minutes to speak to the wife of one of the other students on the second day and she confirmed that she had the same experience as I did when she took the class from the same instructor a few weeks priors.  Bottom line:  if you are a female and considering taking this class DO NOT.  There are many other wonderful instructors and schools out there.  Go to any one of them.
