I registered and paid for my first time driver mother and sister for 4 driving lessons each. after the third lesson our calls were not returned, emails not returned. after 2 months i went to complain about the zero communication and failure to do the final lessons and the owner was rude and dismissive. I asked for the 2 lessons worth refund in order to take my business else where, He attempted to give me a check minus $50.00 cancellation fee...!? we left the check because i want the full amount refunded. and to top it off today my mother today receives a bill from frost stating SHE owes them $190.00!? yes my elderly mother on top of losing $190 already for the classes not given she is also being charged $190. Frost driving school was terrific! The adult instructor, Mr. Penny was so kind and very helpful through the process. They make learning to drive not so scary and fun for people like me who have been nervous. Once I completed my behind the wheel training I was quickly able to schedule my driving test which is awesome. Mr. Martin was so kind and friendly as well! Scheduled a drivers test for my daughter the same Day when the DMV is a month out and you drive an hour away and they turn you away for the dumbest things!!! I’m so glad someone told me you could schedule a test here, I will never schedule a test with the DMV again!!!!! Read Less

Frost has always and will always be a great place for teens and young adults to go and learn to drive. Walking in the doors you don't feel like it is some detention center. No you walk in and it feels like home away from home. The instructors eager mold your mind to the safteys of the road so you may start your journey of the freedoms of having a license. Everyone is nice and and calm and smart. The test for your licence is about as calm as such a nerve-racking test can be. It's very friendly and trusting. I haven't taken their class but I took my licence test there (they offer it for non-students) and 10/10 recommend. Read Less
