Horrible service we pay in advance and the two ladies is there the older one that she think she is the boss and the other ladies Hispanic they both very rude they make feel like we stupid and we don’t know what we doing. they give us the paper work in the first class but some information was missing. we ask and they act very rude like they don’t like their jobs if we have questions who are we supposed to ask that why they get paid to help parents! My first ever driving experiences were at Benavides, I got to do my hours here as well as take a 2 week long class. My class instructor, Mr. Gonzales, has to be one of the best teachers out there. He brings a really great energy to his teaching, is incredibly patient, and explains everything honestly perfectly. I really enjoyed being his student and he helped me learn the rules of the road and prepare myself for my actual driving. For my driving hours themselves, I had a different Mr. Gonzales, but he was just as good. I was incredibly nervous and definitely not the best student whatsoever, but he treated me with a kindness that I don’t think could ever be matched. I was overwhelmed a lot of the time but if I needed help with anything, he’d offer to explain and was able to give me really good constructive criticism. I’m very grateful I got to learn from him, and although I didn’t appreciate it in the moment, it was all a very positive experience. I am incredibly appreciative. ❤️ As for the staff in the front, I can’t say really anything nice. It takes forever for them to get to you, sometimes the employees act like they don’t even know what you’re talking about, and dealing with them is always a pain unfortunately. 🤷‍♀️ Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say! First time client here called them to inquire on their school right now, and not even that can the lady do well. If you give your possible client bad customer service on the first initial call, what more can I think about your business? Fist impression always speaks for it all!!!! Remember that! I cannot stress how awful this school is. Literally the instructor said it was illegal to drive without the proper accelerator and brake pedal rubber grips. To my surprise that's exactly what one of their cars was missing, which made the pedals super slippery when it rained. Not only that, but they also failed to fix my test grades TWICE. If it weren't because I complained a third time they wouldn't of fixed their mistake which could of increased my insurance since a high A equals a lower insurance policy. But the thing that annoyed me the most was that in the end they are supposed to give you two papers one which has your test scores for the insurance company and the second one which you take to DPS to take your driving exam. (Thet never told me that I had to get two papers from them. Was this a scam they played on me and others who knows.) Well well well, guess which one they forgot to give me, yup the one for the DPS, and the office lady still had the nerve to say that she gave it to me when not once did I receive it from her. I don't have alzheimer and I get good grades which implies I have a good memory. Luckily for me my parents could afford the lost paperwork penalty at that time. But that's no good excuse for a company to over charge you for something that was their mistake. Take your kids else where, or go ahead and try your luck. Read Less
