Cannot recommend. There were many issues starting the day we signed up. Some primary issues were: it is difficult to get drive times because they only have one instructor, drive time was wasted on non-driving tasks, their car had many problems causing delay or issues during driving, difficult to contact someone and email responses were slow. I believe most of our issues were a reflection of the company and not necessarily the local office.

I purchased the full driving course for my daughter back in August for $325. We signed her up asking for the November course. We decided about a week after paying this we no longer wanted to use this company. I emailed immediately politely asking for a refund. This was in late August. No response. I called about a week or two later, and I was told I would receive my refund by Friday and they apologized for not responding to the email. Fast forward a MONTH. I call back. Still promised a refund. NEVER received one. So I emailed trying to get this figured out. This is a big chunk of money. I NEVER received an email back. I saved every email I sent. I was very polite and patient. The reason for this review…it is now DECEMBER. I just tried emailing again, and this company blocked my email. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I was very patient to say the least, and understanding to all the excuses as to why my money wasn’t refunded immediately. I have proof that every email to them was kind and respectful. They promised a refund and did not deliver. They kept my money that our family desperately needs. They should be ashamed of their business practices.

This place is very great for teaching people how to drive and I feel very prepared. They are also very helpful and will help you get what you need done. Highly recommend this academy for the kids to learn to drive. Ms Durst is the best teacher and reallll funny.

I feel very prepared as a driver. I have never had problems with arranging my drive times. She uploads them every tuesday for the following week and as long as you get on it with in two to three days then you have options for scheduling. It is only that you get a text when someone cancels. Just felt the need to clarify.

I have had no issues with this company. My son got his permit in january and every sunday or monday afternoon i was easily able to schedule his drive times. Everytime i had a question or concern i was always answered very nicely. And my son loved every minute of it;)

Possibly the absolute worst customer service in the state of Texas. First lets start with the rudest woman that I have ever spoke with answering the phones. Next is the fact that they dont seem to understand that the children that go there are paying customers not students at a high school. That they deserve to be treated as any good business would treat a paying customer. If you are looking to not get all the services you paid for this is the place for you. If I could give negative stars I would. I plan on making it my life goal to let everyone I come in contact with know how horriible this place is. Spread the word!!!

Do not waste your money. This place is a joke. My daughter received her permit in June. Due to the drive schedule ALWAYS being full, it is now October and she has only had 1 hr of drive time with her ...
Do not waste your money. This place is a joke. My daughter received her permit in June. Due to the drive schedule ALWAYS being full, it is now October and she has only had 1 hr of drive time with her "Instructor". When we call and ask about it all we are told is just keep trying. Will be contacting the BBB and DPS to find an alternative. Not gonna bother w/ this waste of time and money any longer!
Update: so it is now 15 days before the permit expires. We call to schedule the test and we are told that we have to pay in advance for the test. We pay the $40 yesterday and today we are told that we have to go to get the permit renewed because the only availability to take the test is AFTER her permit expires! This is crazy! So you have to know your exact schedule months before you can get a test from these rip offs??? Thank GOD I learned this before I paid for my other daughter! Will definately find somewhere else!

Cannot recommend. There were many issues starting the day we signed up. I have had no issues with this company. My son got his permit in january and every sunday or monday afternoon i was easily able to schedule his drive times. Everytime i had a question or concern i was always answered very nicely. And my son loved every minute of it;)

Do not waste your money. This place is a joke. My daughter received her permit in June.
