Took my sister to get Adult driving lessons and online it said cost 50$ per hour but you had to buy a minimum of 2 hours. So I paid 100$ and the instructor only ‘taught’ her for ONE hour. Then she proceeded to say she couldn’t teach her because she didn’t know the ‘basics’. What’s the point of adult driving lessons if they can’t teach them that. Makes no sense. For $420 my child should be a lot more comfortable driving and should know how to drive. This place does not know how to teach people how to drive. That's why there are so many bad drivers in El Paso. Where I came from, I was taught how to drive. Instead of just putting me behind the wheel and telling me to drive and then mark down what I got wrong, the instructor showed me how to fix what I was doing wrong. This place does not teach 3 point turns, only parallel parking - barely. They tell you that you need to teach your child after giving them $420. If that is the case, what is the point of paying this place when I should keep my money and teach my own kid. Which you should understand that I would teach differently than someone else. This is a military city, so people come from different states with different ways of driving because they were taught differently. People drive different in L.A. than they do in El Paso. People drive differently in NY than they do in El Paso. As instructors, you should know this and stop telling parents to let their kids crash their cars that they don't have safety on. I don't have controls on the passenger side of my car like the school does. I can't prevent an accident like the school can. I drove once or twice with my relatives and then the driving school took it from there. They taught me everything. Being from out of town, you as a company should let parents know that you will not teach, you'll just grade. Either close up shop and stop robbing people or re-evaluate how you "teach" students how to drive. This class is not worth $420 which I paid upfront in cash. Also, customer service is lacking. If I am talking, there is no need to talk over me just to defend the instructor and then say you're not an instructor so you don't know. If I can sit and listen to what you have to say, you can do the same. Have some respect. I gave your company $420. I at least derseve that. Read Less
