The instructor, a woman whose name I do not recall, frequently canceled lessons. We were always understanding and accommodated those changes. However, on one occasion, my daughter arrived wearing sandals, and the instructor immediately canceled the lesson. My daughter explained that she had closed-toe shoes in the car and could easily change into them, but the instructor refused to proceed. The instructor was also rude and unwilling to communicate with me in Spanish, which is my first language. To make matters worse, I was not refunded for the canceled lesson, and the delay caused my daughter to miss important driving milestones within the program's required timeframe. Ultimately, I had to teach my daughter how to drive myself. This required a significant amount of time that I did not have while working full-time, and it negatively affected my job performance. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. They don't even deserve one star. Do not spend your money on this school, the Horizon City school was closed and they left a phone number for information and it is useless. They never return the calls and when you try to make an appointment for your individual classes they give you only excuses. They are scammers. Read Less
