My son was so anxious to learn how to driver but had a bad experience with APEX driving instructor. On his 1st lesson he had a 10:30 am appt, the instructor was very late and did not call to say he was going to be late. So I had my son to text msg the instructor, only to find out that he had a flat tire. One would think that he should have a least let my son know of the issue. He finally showed up about 1. After that lesson my son requested the following Saturday a 1:00 pm appt. On that day my son text ahead of time to see if everything was good for 1:00. The same instructor told him that he completely forgot and if he could push it to 4. How unprofessional is this instructor. My son told him that he was going to find another school and this instructor didn't seem to care, he just said ok summer is busy. You know the old saying you get what you pay for. I would not refer this school ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Instructor Don was kind and humble enough to teach me all the major rules need to be taken care of while driving. Its a Good driving school. Starting from zero, never behind the wheel, I took 6 classes and did a road test with them. Will surely recommend this driving school to everyone.

Awesome place, I just scheduled a 2 hours behind the wheels plus a road test yesterday and got my results and everything done today.
Instructor Don was very patient, proffesional and knowledgable. Shared many useful tips for safe driving too. The prices are also cheaper than other places. My personal experience was amazing and I totally recommend it.

Took a driving test only, so I can't speak to the quality of the drivers education, only the testing. The school offers quite a few time slots for appointments, so fitting it around my work schedule was easy. Was able to schedule online very easily, and was given text and email reminders. Instructor Don was very professional and friendly, though the door to the building was locked when we arrived and we had to wait outside. Only taking off one start as the test vehicle was a bit beat up, but didn't present any problems during the test.

My child still drives as if they're still learning. I'm talking about basic things like staying in your lane. This was a complete waste of time & money.

It's been 6 months since I started this school and still haven't completed it. They are never open, even when they are supposed to be because their high school receptionist never shows up. They post 1-5 drive times only once a week. Mind you there are 15+ students in each class, so you have to fight for every drive time you get. When you do get a drive time, you end up driving the instructor around, to buy food for him, while you sit in the car, and watch him eat. Don't miss any classes, because you never know when you will be able to make them up, if at all. Like I said I am still waiting on my certificate of completion, for one class that I missed. I have been scheduled to complete the make up class I missed on two separate occasions, and on both occasions I was told that the class had finished that class on a different day and now, they aren't sure when they will have the next class.

The driving Instructor wasn't very kind but instead criticized at me when it was my first time driving on the Main Street. It was my 2/7 drive time. I clearly wasn't ready or confident. I tried my very hardest and he/she didn't seem to care about his/her customers. I believe he/she hates his/her job and he's/she's the only bad instructor. I'm not naming who he/she is, but all the other instructors so far, seem more into their job.

Everybody there treats you like family!!!!!!!!! These other reviews are crazy and my daughter said that mrs.michelle made learning easy and simple and funny.

The worst school. Teach never teaches. sit in room tell us to do group work. office staff is so rude. i ask question she did not want to talk to me. In the car the teacher talk on the phone the whole time. i am to drive a whole hour but really with all the stops for teacher to answer phone i drive about 15min. do not go here. no matter cheap they are. you know what they say when you pick the cheap price. you get the worst service. We left and went to another school never refund me. the other school was more but answer all my question and got great service.

I was dissatisified over and over by their complete lack of customer service. Attempting to schedule a drive time is frustrating and time consuming; the front desk staff is completely unprofessional and considers it "fun" to make the paying customer beg, borrow and plead to find a drive time that is convenient for MY schedule. Instructors are able to smoke in the classroom and while driving. Even after obtaining a scheduled drive time the instructors show up late (one hour in this case)and in turn offered no apologizes or attempt to extend the current drive time to ensure the student received their full 2 hour session.Bottom line, this company does not respect its customers. The company is essentially ran by the teenagers that are manning the phone...need I say more?

My son was so anxious to learn how to driver but had a bad experience with APEX driving instructor. On his 1st lesson he had a 10:30 am appt, the instructor was very late and did not call to say he was going to be late. Instructor Don was kind and humble enough to teach me all the major rules need to be taken care of while driving. Its a Good driving school. Starting from zero, never behind the wheel, I took 6 classes and did a road test with them. Will surely recommend this driving school to everyone.

Awesome place, I just scheduled a 2 hours behind the wheels plus a road test yesterday and got my results and everything done today.
Instructor Don was very patient, proffesional and knowledgable. Shared many useful tips for safe driving too. The prices are also cheaper than other places. My personal experience was amazing and I totally recommend it.

Took a driving test only, so I can't speak to the quality of the drivers education, only the testing. The school offers quite a few time slots for appointments, so fitting it around my work schedule was easy. Was able to schedule online very easily, and was given text and email reminders. Instructor Don was very professional and friendly, though the door to the building was locked when we arrived and we had to wait outside. Only taking off one start as the test vehicle was a bit beat up, but didn't present any problems during the test.

It's been 6 months since I started this school and still haven't completed it. They are never open, even when they are supposed to be because their high school receptionist never shows up. They post 1-5 drive times only once a week. Mind you there are 15+ students in each class, so you have to fight for every drive time you get. When you do get a drive time, you end up driving the instructor around, to buy food for him, while you sit in the car, and watch him eat. Don't miss any classes, because you never know when you will be able to make them up, if at all. Like I said I am still waiting on my certificate of completion, for one class that I missed. The driving Instructor wasn't very kind but instead criticized at me when it was my first time driving on the Main Street. It was my 2/7 drive time. I clearly wasn't ready or confident. The worst school. Teach never teaches. sit in room tell us to do group work. office staff is so rude. i ask question she did not want to talk to me. In the car the teacher talk on the phone the whole time. i am to drive a whole hour but really with all the stops for teacher to answer phone i drive about 15min. do not go here. no matter cheap they are. you know what they say when you pick the cheap price. you get the worst service. We left and went to another school never refund me. the other school was more but answer all my question and got great service.

I was dissatisified over and over by their complete lack of customer service. Attempting to schedule a drive time is frustrating and time consuming; the front desk staff is completely unprofessional and considers it "fun" to make the paying customer beg, borrow and plead to find a drive time that is convenient for MY schedule. Instructors are able to smoke in the classroom and while driving. Even after obtaining a scheduled drive time the instructors show up late (one hour in this case)and in turn offered no apologizes or attempt to extend the current drive time to ensure the student received their full 2 hour session.Bottom line, this company does not respect its customers.
