Unprofessional, My driving instructor repeatedly fell asleep while I was driving and would have an attitude when I wanted to practice something a little longer especially parallel parking and I needed up failing because of that. After that roadtest I kept rescheduling my road test because I I didn’t have time to book a retest and wanted to practice some more and I was told when I purchased the service that after my driving lessons I could take as long as I wanted to take the road test and then after a few reschedules I’m told I only have a 6 month contract and the reschedule would pass the deadline and as I was processing that the woman I spoke to over the phone told me she extended my contract to that road test and no more longer and this was around March 16th and I was set to road test on may 10th then just days before my road test I get a call from the establishment and they say they don’t extend contracts and if I want to do my roadtest with them I have to pay 80$ so I cancelled. Highly recommend Cy-Fair Driving School. My wife and I each took a 1-hour driving lesson followed by the road test at two different locations, and in both places the staff were professional, helpful, and made the process easy. The pricing was reasonable, and I appreciated that they allowed us to take just one lesson before the test, which not all schools offer. Since we were already experienced drivers back home, the lesson helped us get comfortable with the car and the local roads before testing. Great experience overall. Read Less

This place is a joke. To take your permit test, you have to take a "class" which is basically them shoving you into a room for 5 hours and showing you a giant movie that is so outdated just to take the easiest test ever. They could at least teach you but they instead use a very old TV and computers to do it for them. Read Less

I had a great experience with this school. Every school has positive and negative sides to it, but you can tell that the instructors and staff really care. I had no trouble scheduling drive times and the instructors would call me and remind me about them. I'm glad I made the decision to attend this school. Read Less

This school breaks the law you have a big van that comes to the High school and impeding traffic This van block your site at cy falls you cannot see around it. Why does a driving school teach law but does not follow them. I also see the driving around the school and stop in the road and does not pick up anybody. Stay off the road dude. I have used this school with my 3 youngest daughters (2009 - 2016). My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner for my older 2. Convenient locations, great communication, easy to schedule drive times is what makes Cy Fair Driving school stand above the crowd. Highly recommend this school as they make the often confusing process of licensing your teen driver effortless. Even though they have multiple locations for parent convenience, you will find that the staff of Cy Fair Driving School will provide you, the parent and student, personal service and communication where you feel as though you are valuable to them! At around 430 pm today from queenston blvd and west little York all the way to west rd by Lonestar college, someone with this company's logo on a black Toyota minivan was driving terribly.  Speeding, not using turn signal and changing lanes excessively.  Definitely not a good way to advertise your business and I would look into other options for a driving school.
