I would not recommend this driving school. The information on the website does not match what they tell you when you call. The website lists one price, but when you contact them, the price is completely different.
I was also told that a student already needed to have a driver's permit, even though the website indicates otherwise. The inconsistent information was frustrating and felt misleading.
I understand that times are tough for businesses, but customers deserve honest pricing and accurate information. Transparency and good customer service go a long way. Unfortunately, my experience with Cypress Creek Driving School was disappointing.

All 3 of my children went through Cypress Creek Driving Academy. My youngest just finished about 2 weeks ago and I'm impressed with their teaching. He had only driven in a parking lot once when he started the driving portion. I rode with him yesterday and he was so comfortable. There was one particular trainer he had the most. An older lady. She would update me on what he needed to work on. I recommend here for driving school.

I had a really good experience learning to drive at Cypress Creek Driving Academy.
At the beginning, I was very nervous because I had never driven before, and sometimes I even had my child in the car with me. But the instructor was very patient, calm, and understanding. They explained everything clearly and never made me feel pressured.
I learned important skills like parallel parking, changing lanes, and driving on real roads. Step by step, I started to feel more confident.
I’m so happy that I passed my driving test! I truly recommend this school to anyone, especially beginners who feel nervous like I did.

My main driving instructor was Roxanna. I also had a chance to practice with two other teachers. All of them were nice, friendly, calm, and made me feel comfortable behind the wheel.

My main driving instructor was Roxanna. I also had a chance to practice with two other teachers. All of them were nice, friendly, calm, and made me feel comfortable behind the wheel.
I gained a lot of confidence in driving during my lessons, and I actually looked forward to each one. I took the biggest package of lessons to really build up my skills and confidence. When I started, I had already had my permit for quite a long time.
At my last lesson, I was recommended to take my driving test with Roxanna. I passed my exam and already got my license!
I also want to mention the nice lady at the reception. The best thing about this school is the pick-up/drop-off option — it’s really convenient and was one of the main reasons I chose this school. It is VERY convenient when you are working toward your license.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! The man working at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. My road test went great and the driving instructor was very professional and friendly. Quick and thoughtful interactions and follow-up emails. Would recommend this establishment for anyone wanting an enjoyable road test with good customer service.

My two boys went to the Cyress Creek Driving Academy and we had a great experience both time. No matter who answers the phone when you call they are helpful and professional. Whenever we would walk in they know my kids by name even if it had been months since they last saw them.
I found them organized and knowledgeable and if I had more kids I would certainly trust this school with helping them become great drivers

This place honestly deserves 5 stars all thanks to Roxana and how helpful she is. She truly does go above and beyond for those who come here. She greeted us with a smile and explained all our options to us. He goes out of his way to accommodate those who take her classes and even offers weekend classes for those who work! I would recommend her and her facility to anyone and everyone.

I would not recommend this driving school. The information on the website does not match what they tell you when you call. The website lists one price, but when you contact them, the price is completely different.

All 3 of my children went through Cypress Creek Driving Academy. My youngest just finished about 2 weeks ago and I'm impressed with their teaching. At the beginning, I was very nervous because I had never driven before, and sometimes I even had my child in the car with me. But the instructor was very patient, calm, and understanding. They explained everything clearly and never made me feel pressured.
