Downloading your defensive certificate is not free, hidden charges, you will pay as much as $25 just to download your certificate and no coupon, so annoying, I had the option of another company that charges $7.50 but I thought it was free here as I was trying to manage cost!

I should have read more reviews before picking this business. They claim to be the lowest-priced option, but that is NOT TRUE! The certificate is $25, which is the quoted, average price for a citation driving course; however, the videos are an additional $45. The videos were fine, but I wish I had done more research and picked a different company that would not have charged me as much. Also, I never received an itemized receipt from this business, which is sketchy and I believe a poor business practice. I do not recommend!

The course was OK, but with really old content. Videos from at least 15 to 20 years ago. The worst part is that I was charged $38 for the video course and later at the end if you just want to download the certificate, you have to pay another $25. Really deceptive tactic. When you buy the course, that is NOT clear. They should charge all fees upfront to avoid surprises. You will not be charged if you request the certificated to be mailed. That is slower and way more cumbersome. A digital copy doesn't cost them a penny. Just really bad practice, bad advertising. Will NEVER recommend them or use them in the future.

Tell you at the begging you are paying thirty eight for the email download but charges you extra twenty five dollars at the end to actually do that. Around fifty for everything sneaky pricing.

Pricing is hidden and not up front. You pay for the course for $25 plus a fee. At the end they have the digital certificate download listed at $25, or you can have them send it overnight for some additional $30 or so. One would assume the $25 is the same fee you paid for the course, but no. They charge an additional $25 to download the certificate. Didn’t realize it until looking at my credit card statement. Very unscrupulous business practices and dishonest. Would not recommend.

the course is good, easy to follow, fairly interesting. They sent an email that my course certificate was in the mail on the 11th I received the certificate on the 20th. I'm in Austin they're in Houston. I know they're going to blame the post office but my mom lives in Houston and her letters arrive in 3 days so you can draw your own conclusions

Absolutely terrible customer service! I never ever right reviews but I have to about this place. I called because I never received my certificate in the mail. They have the correct address for me. I spoke to a rep who told me I had to pay $10 but I didn’t receive it. It was not my fault it didn’t get delivered. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. I got transferred to the rudest women I have ever spoken to. She didn’t have any empathy for the fact that my item wasn’t delivered. I proceeded to ask her name and she gave me K. She didn’t know how to speak to me or help or anything. She just continued to be rude and then asked me if I was going to pay $10 or not. It’s not about the money it’s about a correct way to handle customers and that was not it. I have never been treated so poorly by a “supervisor” in my life. I usually never complain but this was absolutely ridiculous and she was extremely rude. I will never use this company again and will tell everyone how poor I was treated!

Horrible. I shipped UPS on Feb 8 to get the certificate by the 20th. That did not happen. So, they finally shipped on Feb 27 only for it to fail to deliver. I had to repurchase delivery for 35 dollars...
Horrible. I shipped UPS on Feb 8 to get the certificate by the 20th. That did not happen. So, they finally shipped on Feb 27 only for it to fail to deliver. I had to repurchase delivery for 35 dollars for my revocation hearing since it took over a month to get a certificate. It is Mar 14 and I have yet to receive my paid certificate. I want a refund for the shipping which was due me already.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid for overnight shipping. 3 days later I call because it was NEVER MAILED. They came up with bull answer saying the reason it didn't get sent was because I ordered it 2 days after completing the coarse. What the he'll does that matter. If I order 2 products 1 the day after for overnight, it's still 2 different products paid in full. (This has nothing to do with the fact that they extort an extra 35 dollars for overnight shipping or they'll get around to mailing it in a few weeks). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The whole experience was as quick as possible and absolutely painless -- -- not to mention, it only took a minute to reach a live person when I needed to. At one point I determined I no longer wanted the expedited shipping, so I contact their main number and Dariane helped me out. She was kind enough to cancel that part of my order and provide me a refund. She provided excellent and courteous customer service. I would definitely suggest this course to friends and family.

I should have read more reviews before picking this business. They claim to be the lowest-priced option, but that is NOT TRUE! Absolutely terrible customer service! I never ever right reviews but I have to about this place. I called because I never received my certificate in the mail. They have the correct address for me. I spoke to a rep who told me I had to pay $10 but I didn’t receive it. It was not my fault it didn’t get delivered. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor.
