My mom was able to finally pass the written exam with the help of this place. She has gone without a license for nearly twenty years now, but decided to give the written exam another go after she saw how easily I passed mine here. The people here create a safe, friendly, enencouraging, and comprehensive learning environment that I'm truly grateful for. Had a really nice experience here! I was a student here a little over 7 months ago and The teacher was amazing, he really knew how to teach the class and made us feel comfortable. If we had a question he was more than happy to answer in detail! The lady in front even helped me with my appointment and was always clear and available for questions over the phone if I had any!! I liked that they had night classes because I am a single working mom. However for the price I would think they were more organized. You have to schedule driving time apart from the evening classes and I went to schedule 3 different times and they didn't have any timed (weekends) or they didn't have the staff to work any othere times. It makes it hard on someone like me and it takes even longer to get done. Read Less

I found that the classroom schedules are acceptable. However, my dissatisfaction is with scheduling the actual drive time. Apparently the instructors set their schedule week to week so I can't plan any time in advance for Saturdays (which are convenient for busy high schoolers). When I do call in, the schedule is booked and no openings for Saturday of the same week. This process continues week after week. Also Thursday appointment times are 4-6, but Tuesdays are 3-5. Problem is my child is out of school at 2:30 so it's a mad dash to get him to driving class on time. I requested Tuesdays be set at 4-6 as well so they said they will make a "note" of my request. My experience here was horrible. The instructor yelled constantly. He ignored me when I requested the radio be turned off because I have a hearing problem and didn't want to deal with the unnecessary background noise. When I asked for another instructor, I was told that he was the best they had and that they wouldn't give me anyone else because I didn't drive well enough. I was treated like I endangered lives when I never damaged any property nor harmed any persons while driving. They really don't help you past getting your permit, and honestly you're $300+ for paperwork and a few measly practice hours. Once they've gotten your money and spent the allotted time with you, they really don't seem to care about you getting your license or want to help if you're having trouble.
