Called and asked if I could get an appointment the same day she said yes I told her I would call her right back to give her the information I called 2 minutes later and she said they didn't have any spots that they were fully booked and that I would have to wait till next week. I do not understand why if there was nonome in the parking lot or in the office just her. I also knocked on the door to make an appointment and no one answered the door. What a business to run. I had my road test with Ms. Luzy and she was absolutely amazing. She was so easygoing, which immediately helped me feel relaxed and confident enough to perform at my full potential during the exam. She was also very accommodating and fit me in for a same-day appointment, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the experience was 10/10 — smooth, professional, and not time-consuming at all.
