I love Metro!! I’ve had my license for about 4 years now, and I had never gotten around to leaving a review, but I’ve still recommended Metro every chance I get. From the permit testing, online classes (they’re in person now again I believe, I took mine after COVID), in person drive times, and my drivers test, I was met with nothing but love and care. This is a family owned business I’m pretty sure, and you can tell these people genuinely care for each and every person that walks through their front doors. My older brother, who has anxiety and has recently overcome his fear of driving, has gone through Metro 3 times (and passed his test today!) and while my brother felt embarrassed going into Metro again, he was again met with that same love and care that I received. They never once judged him or made him feel bad. The people that own this business, the driving instructors, Ashlee, and everyone that works here, care for kiddos, adults, and special ed children. They understand everyone has a different story. Very blessed for this place and the experience they give everyone. 100/10 recommend! Read Less

We could not be happier with our decision to go with Metro Driving School. Right off the bat I was impressed with the depth of knowledge, organization and ability to guide parents through the teen permit, education and licensing process. Our daughter has a crazy schedule and then got sick during the process, they were as nice and flexible as they could be and were so very responsive. The classroom and in-car training was very solid, and I was actually able to relax and enjoy letting my teen drive vs. being nervous. Terrible customer service: their 817-283-6263 number is answered by a 24 hr automated machine where you leave a msg & your contact info. in their mailbox. No one returns your call after you've left several on their answering machine and no one replies to your email you left through their official website. Seems like they don't want business which is fine for I can't wait on them hence; forcing me to seek elsewhere.In regards to the 6hr state required classroom course, it's a waste of your money & time doing it here given at how they throw mass amounts of info. at you in 1 day. Don't waste your $75 here for you can do it either online at your own pace for way cheaper or if you prefer traditional classroom style, other schools around DFW offer the 6 hr course for the same $75. For a place that is supposed to be teaching young teenagers how to drive, the instructors don't seem to know how to drive well themselves. A guy driving one of their cars was not yielding to those getting off the high way and did not use his signal to change lanes. Read Less

Mili was very helpful and well organized instructor , I called him a day before my road test exam and he agreed to help right away ! He explained all the aspects very clear and detail , with his tips and practice I passed the test ! Moreover he has no rush lessons and spends more time with you than was planned before ! Above and beyond! This business is one of the best in the area. My son is not an easy person to teach or instruct and they went above and beyond for us. They answered multiple questions I have had that I asked over and over. Provided me with various options. I had an issue and they heard me out and wanted to rectify it. I used metro myself as a teenager. Decided because of the good experience I had, to send my kids there. Tried online classes first but was so confusing and metro made it so simple. We had a minor hiccup but owner reached out to me and we took care of it. She showed that there are caring people still! :) good to see now days. Read Less

Am so happy with this driving school. The people are so nice and always make an effort to please. It's a pleasure to see people bend over backwards to see that my kids were looked after and learned driving principles and proper skills when behind the wheel.
