I am extremely happy with our experience! My daughter loved learning to drive here and felt very comfortable. Both the instructors , Suchi and Sudha were very supportive and gave clear instructions for her to follow. From scheduling lessons to the final driving test, the process was very easy to follow. I send my child to this school after calling Texas DPS to ensure that they were legitimate.  Everyone is nice, the issue is these people had my child picking up people during her driving lesson.  Other adults, not students. Read Less

My daughter completed her driving school at First Drive.  They were very thorough and did a great job getting her ready to get her license.  This school is comparable to all the others.  It does the job and makes it really easy for the student to get their permit and then license.  My daughter did both the schooling and the Behind The Wheel.  No issues or disappointments.  Thank you First Drive! I sent my child to this driving school expecting a quality learning experience afterall it's located near a high school.  What I learned later is that the instructor had my child and other students running errands and picking-up people during their instructional time.  My child even spoke of a time when the lady instructor advised to drive behind a building and a man got in the car with my child and another student. I convinced them to graduate my child later. The people were nice but this was the biggest issue of all of them. Other issues included use of sub-standard car and lack of professionalism. Read Less

The worst place I ever came into. The instructors were not helpful and always delayed appointment over unreasonable excuses. Failed to demonstrate all required techniques needed in road test. Charging extra money for resuming course. Never on time. Hard to find the instructor on phone. Read Less

I wish I checked out the reviews before enrolling my daughter into this suppose to be school. She informed me that they give students the page # and answers to pass the written test. Now its time to drive and they dont have a car. The instructor was a hour late and she still did not drive. What was the point of paying $400 if they do not teach students how to drive? Please don't waste your money or time! This is not a driving school, where they actually teach you how to drive at all. They take your money, stick you in room with a video for a week. There are no driving lessons, they don't even have a car! Their communication is horrible. They should be ashamed of themselves ripping people off like this!! Read Less

Very unprofessional. This is my sisters first week coming and I've literally had to wait 20 minutes for the instructor to get here two days in a row. We all have work to attend if this specific teacher can't make it on time everyday I'd suggest hiring someone else. I am very upset with this school. Read Less

First Drive Driving School in Irving Tx, across street from Mc Arthur High School they take your money about $450.00/ student, they teach you with computer lessons then they have you jumping thru hoops trying to get legal paper work which has a time limit then when its time to drive they don't have a car to complete your course. they have been giving my daughter Mary Cariaga the run around for over a month. they schedule you a time for your driving lesson yhen they cancel it without telling you.then they re-scheduke you because they don't have a car. thanks Mary's mother, Mary Martin Read Less
