My daughter went through their driving program. I just want to thank Moses for being so kind, and patient with my daughter she learned so much. Sandy was also great the few times I had to interact with her. The reason I didn't give All Ages 5 stars was because the older gentleman that did the road test with my daughter was absolutely rude he kept calling her GIRL. He needs to work on his people skills.

I took my wife their to get her Texas Drivers License and to schedule her driving road test with this company. She scheduled her driving test with someone with this office by phone and she was their earlier than her appointment time and wasn't able to take her road test on her scheduled time. My wife called and talked to several different people and was not able to get or verify the time she was suppose to have her appointment. I am in the medical field and my time is very important to me especially when I am spending my money. This office needs to have better communication skills and very unprofessional and I don't appreciate having to reschedule my appointment time for a much later date!!!!!!!

I chose this location only because it was the closest one to us and it had evening hours when we started right after school ended. Teachers are great and great with the kids. The receptionist needs training, she is not skilled in customer service and not skilled in how to do her job. She had given us driving times and we would show up and no one would be there, she had given us the wrong date. When I would call in to schedule driving, most of the time it goes to her personal cell phone. During the summer, the weekend hours were discontinued, I had to call into the owner of the location and discuss how the only reason I signed up with his location was because of the weekend hours. When we schedule to do the road test, the receptionist scheduled us 1 week early, she said told me my son could take the road test with them 1 week ahead and then go to DPS and get his license. That was incorrect, when we arrive at the school for the road test, the owner said no. He could not do it and that would make my son have to take another road test at DPS. I took time off from work to get it done and I was not happy. I will say that the only good thing is the instructors. One gentleman in particular I don't know his name, but he is great with the kids, explains everything and takes his time. Unfortunately, this location is the only one in the Fulshear/Simonton area. They are lucky to get 3 stars, this is only for the teachers.

This place is so bad! I have helped my aunt toke road test by Aug,29 in katy! But right now! The store has changed road test three times!!! before the hurricane we understand ! That is ok ! But after hurricane we had toke an appointment of road text ! When we went to the store! The girl told us that my aunt need watched videos before you toke road test ! When we had made an oppointment she didn't tell us ! So we have to changed road test at 3:00 on sep,19,2017. Therefore . When we have ready to road test. The girl tell me that the time is full! My aunt can't take test! The girl told us the time to test! Before the test the girl told us the time is full! we need changed the time again! That's why we changed the test at 3:00 on sep, 26,2017! But yestday the girl called me again! She said the road test changed location .my aunt need to go other located by 10:00pm on sep,26,2017! Today we go to the new location! The worker don't kown about my aunt's test! She have cell the katy store and the girl! The gril doesn't answer! We have cell phone more times! Right now ! We don't have answer! And we don't know the girl has changed the test three times! Because we are Chinese ? Right now! We are waitting the answer!

I don't recommend this place. They keep on change the training and test schedule every time leaving us in a great confusion. Don't know whom to contact because front office personnel will not listen to what you ask. They don't confirm the test/training time until 30 min before the test because they were not at that particular location(office hrs 9.30am-8.30pm on visiting card, 2pm-8pm on the office door, 1pm-7pm on google). They don't give you the change even if it were10$ ! Poor management. Trainers are GOOD.

Highly recommend! I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews of another location but I was pleasantly surprised by how great the service wast this location. Brand new, great teacher to student ratio and incredible price. Admin was friendly as well and made it easy to schedule class and explained everything well.

My daughter went through their driving program. I just want to thank Moses for being so kind, and patient with my daughter she learned so much. Sandy was also great the few times I had to interact with her. The reason I didn't give All Ages 5 stars was because the older gentleman that did the road test with my daughter was absolutely rude he kept calling her GIRL. He needs to work on his people skills.

I took my wife their to get her Texas Drivers License and to schedule her driving road test with this company. She scheduled her driving test with someone with this office by phone and she was their earlier than her appointment time and wasn't able to take her road test on her scheduled time. My wife called and talked to several different people and was not able to get or verify the time she was suppose to have her appointment. I am in the medical field and my time is very important to me especially when I am spending my money. This office needs to have better communication skills and very unprofessional and I don't appreciate having to reschedule my appointment time for a much later date!!!!!!!

I chose this location only because it was the closest one to us and it had evening hours when we started right after school ended. Teachers are great and great with the kids. The receptionist needs training, she is not skilled in customer service and not skilled in how to do her job. She had given us driving times and we would show up and no one would be there, she had given us the wrong date. When I would call in to schedule driving, most of the time it goes to her personal cell phone. I don't recommend this place. They keep on change the training and test schedule every time leaving us in a great confusion. Don't know whom to contact because front office personnel will not listen to what you ask. They don't confirm the test/training time until 30 min before the test because they were not at that particular location(office hrs 9.30am-8.30pm on visiting card, 2pm-8pm on the office door, 1pm-7pm on google). They don't give you the change even if it were10$ ! Poor management. Trainers are GOOD.
