Mrs. Maryann Arroyo is not a good instructor. Instead of trying to find ways to teach she tells teen students that they have learning disabilities in front of others. She talks down to students and to parents. She is outdated. As an educator one must adapt to different students and times not be stuck on the 20 plus years of instruction. Specially if a student is already crying the outcome of her instruction is clearly not working. Degrading and eroding students self-confidence is not teaching. Calling parents and students liars is not professional. Read Less

Mrs. Maryann Arroyo is not a good instructor. Instead of trying to find ways to teach she tells teen students that they have learning disabilities in front of others. She talks down to students and to parents. She is outdated. As an educator one must adapt to different students and times not be stuck on the 20 plus years of instruction. Specially if a student is already crying the outcome of her instruction is clearly not working. Degrading and eroding students self-confidence is not teaching.
