I really give them 0 stars but I had to put something in order to give my review. My son took the driving course in 2008 and it went well for him. Now my daughter is 15 and I wanted to allow her the same experience. Well, she completed the 3 week classroom portion and got her permit. I paid for her driving part and never got a return call on her schedule. I have been trying to call, and I admit that the instructor told me they were closing at the end of September, but assured me that they would get her in before that time. Long story short I am out of $150 and very dissatisfied with this black owned business.

Terrible! They give you a driving time and never show up or late with no apologies. They are not consistent on a given driving time. You call and leave a message and they never call you back. The owner’s daughter, who refused to give her name is very rude. I guess she is running the place now and she is doing a horrible job at it. This place has went down hill. I will be filling a complaint to the State on Monday.

Woman at the front desk is really rude to children, and driving with her is a nightmare. She yells and talks crazy to you , then straightens up when parents come around. Extremely disrespectful. They don’t work with you. They expect you to know how to drive before they even teach you and yell at you when you make mistakes. Not only is it a nightmare inside the car, their scheduling is absolutely terrible. They never answer the phone, and when they do , they have attitudes. Would give this place zero stars if I could.

Their rude disrespectful and unprofessional. They try to talk your kids crazy because their young, but when the parents show up they try to straighten their act up but you can tell it's fake. JUST UNP...
Their rude disrespectful and unprofessional. They try to talk your kids crazy because their young, but when the parents show up they try to straighten their act up but you can tell it's fake. JUST UNPROFESSIONAL PERIOD. If you can avoid please do. Find another place.

Very Unprofessional and if you do get the chance to talk to them they always have a attitude. Doesn't not start class and drive time on time. I left several messages on their answer machine and they have yet to call me back. I wouldn't recommend this driving school to anyone. Do Not Come To This Driving School....

Mavsmac must work for this company because I agree with Dana H, this is the WORST driving school ever! The only reason I gave them a star was to write this comment. Scheduling a driving lesson for your child is beyond ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Just horrible all around! They need to be reported and shut down. For parents to spend their hard earned money and be treated like this, it's not right! I will be reporting them!

All-Pro Driving Academy, located in Lancaster, Texas is a professional and courteous driving school. My child learned how to drive and is a very safe driver. I highly recommend this driving school.

This has to be the beat driving class ever. The staff was very friendly and was willing to assist with all questions. Thanks to up.com I was able to get excellent customer service.

I really give them 0 stars but I had to put something in order to give my review. My son took the driving course in 2008 and it went well for him. Now my daughter is 15 and I wanted to allow her the same experience. Well, she completed the 3 week classroom portion and got her permit. I paid for her driving part and never got a return call on her schedule. Terrible! They give you a driving time and never show up or late with no apologies. They are not consistent on a given driving time. You call and leave a message and they never call you back.
