Doing my drivers education as an adult was very scary for me, I had zero confidence and zero experience driving. I am SO thankful I chose this place to do my drivers education. My driving instructor Ned was extremely patient, supportive, kind, punctual and overall very professional! I gained so much confidence over a short period of time and was able to successfully learn how to drive quickly thanks to him! For anyone looking into drivers education I would 100000% recommend coming here! You will be treated very well and you will definitely get whatever it is you need to be successful in your driving journey. I loved my experience and I’m extremely thankful and happy I came here!

I don’t who this Big C character is but he’s very unprofessional and very rude! He argued with me while instructing a student driver! As I talked he “tried cutting me off, if I could rate his professionalism on a scale of 1-10 it’d be a -1!!! He needs to get himself together I WILL NOT be sending my kid to this piece of establishment!!! If you don’t have the patience or compassion to run a business then you probably shouldn’t have one!

My wife had a great learning experience with Ned at Big C’s Driving School. She was very scared and anxious about driving, especially on city roads, and had very little real driving experience since she came from a country where public transpo is very accessible. Ned helped her learn how to drive, both city roads and highways, follow road rules, and gain her confidence behind the wheel. He was patient, supportive, and always gave helpful feedback on what she needed to improve on. I highly recommend him and his school 💯

We chose to use Ned at Big C for my daughter's driving test. Ned was awesome to work with and made the process stress free. He gave my daughter some excellent feedback and pointed out some things for her to keep in mind.
He packaged everything up and made sure we were prepared with what we needed to take to DPS. It made that final step of getting her drivers license seamless! Highly recommend using Big C in Midland if you want to avoid using DPS for the driving test! We had a great experience and it is worth the extra cost for the convenience and customer service!

Out of all the options for teen drivers education, we are so glad we went with Big C!! Ned is very patient and was wonderful to work with my daughter to get her license. His office manager was also so kind to work with to make sure all our paperwork was perfect for DPS. So many rules has change in Texas to earn a license for teenagers, I highly recommend reaching out to this place.

They do not answer their phone calls , you would think a business would have at least two phone lines , or an answering service . The only thing positive i can say is that their instructors are very courteous , but management needs to up their game .

This place was horrible. Worst experience EVER!!!!!! I called twice and the lady would answer then just hang up and when she called back she was extremely rude and when I asked a simple question she replied "I mean it's common sense nobody can be that stupid" this is the way you speak to their costumers? I wouldn't suggest this place AT ALL

I called this location once and they sent me to voice mail . I continued to call thinking they weren't near the phone then some lady answered and was extremely rude and said she would call me back and She hung up then I called back and she said once again she would call me back after 30 minuets of waiting she finally called back with an attitude in her voice ! She asked me for my permit information and when I said give me one second she said " oh my god" i didn't say anything to her and her attitude continued throughout the call . Once the call reached an ending point she just hung up She was no help at all and extremely rude and disrespectful I don't recommend this place for anyone

AMAZING experience!! Dennia (I believe that her name) was so knowledgeable and answered everyone of my questions! My daughter is 16, I was terrified to know one day she would have to go behind a wheel... But walking in this establishment and seeing and now knowing how it all works I now have a peace of mind. To know that I can call at anytime and my call will be answered was also reassuring! I also did my research around midland/odessa and looked for reviews! This was the highest rated and now I know why! I did also see the ONE comment that was negative on this establishment and all I can say is they go over all the terms and conditions when I first signed my daughter up. In the contract it states the no show fees as well as well as other terms! I am not one to take my time out of my day to write a review but when it comes to my child I will as I know every parent would do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIG C's DRIVERS ED!!!

Doing my drivers education as an adult was very scary for me, I had zero confidence and zero experience driving. I am SO thankful I chose this place to do my drivers education. My driving instructor Ned was extremely patient, supportive, kind, punctual and overall very professional! I gained so much confidence over a short period of time and was able to successfully learn how to drive quickly thanks to him! For anyone looking into drivers education I would 100000% recommend coming here! You will be treated very well and you will definitely get whatever it is you need to be successful in your driving journey. I loved my experience and I’m extremely thankful and happy I came here!

As I talked he “tried cutting me off, if I could rate his professionalism on a scale of 1-10 it’d be a -1!!! He needs to get himself together I WILL NOT be sending my kid to this piece of establishment!!! If you don’t have the patience or compassion to run a business then you probably shouldn’t have one!

My wife had a great learning experience with Ned at Big C’s Driving School. She was very scared and anxious about driving, especially on city roads, and had very little real driving experience since she came from a country where public transpo is very accessible. Ned helped her learn how to drive, both city roads and highways, follow road rules, and gain her confidence behind the wheel. We chose to use Ned at Big C for my daughter's driving test. Ned was awesome to work with and made the process stress free. He gave my daughter some excellent feedback and pointed out some things for her to keep in mind.
He packaged everything up and made sure we were prepared with what we needed to take to DPS. It made that final step of getting her drivers license seamless! Highly recommend using Big C in Midland if you want to avoid using DPS for the driving test! We had a great experience and it is worth the extra cost for the convenience and customer service!

Out of all the options for teen drivers education, we are so glad we went with Big C!! Ned is very patient and was wonderful to work with my daughter to get her license. His office manager was also so kind to work with to make sure all our paperwork was perfect for DPS. This place was horrible. Worst experience EVER!!!!!! I called twice and the lady would answer then just hang up and when she called back she was extremely rude and when I asked a simple question she replied "I mean it's common sense nobody can be that stupid" this is the way you speak to their costumers? AMAZING experience!! Dennia (I believe that her name) was so knowledgeable and answered everyone of my questions! My daughter is 16, I was terrified to know one day she would have to go behind a wheel... But walking in this establishment and seeing and now knowing how it all works I now have a peace of mind. To know that I can call at anytime and my call will be answered was also reassuring! I also did my research around midland/odessa and looked for reviews!
