UPDATE: I got a response over 1.5 years later. "Response from the owner 2 hours ago on July 21st, 2025.
We sincerely apologize for this experience and want to assure you that our driving school in Midland, TX is actively in business and providing top-notch driver's ed courses. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism, and we appreciate your concern. Rest assured, our students can still learn to drive in Midland with our experienced instructors and well-maintained vehicles. We hope to have the opportunity to show you our expertise and commitment to teaching safe and responsible driving in the near future.
MY REVIEW a few years ago.
Pictures are recent: May 16th 2024. Are they even in business? 2 cars in the parking lot with flat tires and registration stickers 2015 and 2018. Plum pitiful. Police should move these cars.

I’m very satisfied with Toe Driving Academy! My instructor was extremely patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire learning process. Even though I’m from Ukraine and we had a bit of a language barrier, everything was explained so clearly that I understood all the lessons and passed with confidence. I truly appreciate the support and the quality of education I received. Highly recommend this school to anyone looking to learn how to drive!

If I could, i will give absolute no stars. This is especially for girls.
There is only one instructor and he is a creep. He will constantly creep over you by touching you without permission. I had to stop the classes after being traumatized when he started fondling my thighs when i was driving in a high speed region. I literally had to get out of his presence as fast as possible. I became vulnerable as I live alone in midland. I am barely 19 and he is an old married man. Have some Shame Mr. Esitaki.
He even had an issue in simply just dropping me off at my place, completely unprofessional and my college considers this as an assault. His office is creepily always empty and has all the red flags. Please girls and parents do not put yourself in an uncomfortable position with this man.
Also, he does not teach well as he is always on calls while the student is driving and does not have a fixed schedule ever. Like he will push your 1 hour class to a 2 hour class. Horrible and creepy experience. As a potential victim, i hope nobody goes through what i went.

They are quick to charge but it's very lacking in professionalism have your kids out driving at nine at night on a school night very dis-organized I needed an emergency wise documents that were supposed to be taken to the DPS office will results are I went to DPS wait for my appointment results or it was on his behalf to give certificate and he didn't tell my son he had to do an online Course and have paperwork that was at the DPS office taking to him and since it is his business he can open and close whenever he wants which is very not professional because on a customer service point of view your customers always come first this is not the case he is very rude I did not like it I would not recommended at all

Very disappointed with this driving academy. I've made many attempts to schedule my sons driving time and no one will return my messages or calls.
Front desk always says i will need to call you back. ...
Very disappointed with this driving academy. I've made many attempts to schedule my sons driving time and no one will return my messages or calls.
Front desk always says i will need to call you back. Its so ridiculous that we have to go through this. They were quick to take our payment and they definitely called me right away when i left the first message wanting to sign my son up. I'm just very frustrated and would never recommend them to anyone.

Don't give the drivers ed certificate that's needed for the DPS. Wait in line forever to find that you need it when I had called TOE and was told that they didn't. Would not recommend this place as this same problem has happened to many kids and then they have to wait another month for an appointment with the DPS. They are not worth giving a one star.

PARENTS AND FEMALES BEWARE!! This "business" would not get a single star from me if it were possible. I was 17 when I spent around $400 to take teen drivers Ed. I finished the boring in class sessions but when it came time to do the behind the wheel instruction, I learned that my family was moving to central Texas. I went to speak with Mr.Esikati about what I needed to do to complete the course from central Texas and he (an old married man) proceeded to HIT ON ME (a 17 year old girl), telling me that I was "sexy" and other nonsense whilst offering me no solution. Needless to say, I got out of there as soon as possible. Several weeks later, my mother and I requested a portion of the $400 paid for the course back due to incompletion and we received no compliance from Mr.Esikati. After awhile we got tired of trying and I honestly wanted nothing more to do with him or his "business". PARENTS AND FEMALES BEWARE!!

We have had the most horrible experience with this school. It took almost a year for my child to complete due to conflicts, etc. They are always out to nickel and dime you for more money and don't have paperwork signed and ready when you are supposed to pick it up. I'd have given it less than one star had I been able to. They should be shut down!

My son took the course for this place about a year ago and stopped coming because he didn't know if he was ready to do the actual driving, but when he returned the experience and knowledge he came back with was exponentially increased. The teacher is a very good one and my son has learned a lot from him. I do not doubt that the mass of other students have learned just as much , if not more, information about driving and how to handle situations. I reccommend this establishment highly to anyone looking for to looking to have thier child taught to drive!

I’m very satisfied with Toe Driving Academy! My instructor was extremely patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire learning process. Even though I’m from Ukraine and we had a bit of a language barrier, everything was explained so clearly that I understood all the lessons and passed with confidence. I truly appreciate the support and the quality of education I received. Highly recommend this school to anyone looking to learn how to drive!

There is only one instructor and he is a creep. He will constantly creep over you by touching you without permission. Front desk always says i will need to call you back. Its so ridiculous that we have to go through this. We have had the most horrible experience with this school. It took almost a year for my child to complete due to conflicts, etc. They are always out to nickel and dime you for more money and don't have paperwork signed and ready when you are supposed to pick it up. My son took the course for this place about a year ago and stopped coming because he didn't know if he was ready to do the actual driving, but when he returned the experience and knowledge he came back with was exponentially increased. The teacher is a very good one and my son has learned a lot from him.
