Worst customer service ever!!! The instructors do not teach what the students need to know for the test, so I had to review the material with my daughter before the test. Failed to completely fill out the green sheet to take to DPS for learners permit, so I had to come back from Edinburg to mission to get it filled out. The employees were arguing amongst themselves and saying how their office was so disorganized. Finally looking forward to DL test, and of course I had had it with Casares so we scheduled the exam with someone else. Come to find out that Casares again didn’t complete the other green sheet completely. Trust me, save yourself a lot of headaches and disappointments and use someone else. I asked the employees that I wanted to talk to a supervisor and they told me “you can call the owner(Casares), but they don’t care. They already have your money”. Wow. Read Less

Just so everyone knows, instead of a VOE you can take your last report card to the DPS in McAllen. I know the central office for MCISD was closed so we went to ask DPS and they said you can take the last report card you got. Read Less

I love this school. Although it takes 2 hours out of my day it is very fun. Ale is the best teacher i have ever had. I had a great time when Bri subbed for our class. I recommend this school for anyone that needs to take drivers ed. Read Less

This is exactly what I told my best friend as a previous student at this 'school'." 1st you learn nothing2nd it's nearly impossible to schedule a drive after you're done with the classes3rd they make you pay for freaking everything. To use the website where you schedule drives, for the class, for gas, and if you have the people there schedule drives for you.4th the lady in the office [doesn't do her job well]5th there is a set list of office hours but whether or not the lady will follow those hours depends on her6th the instructors are super strict"The instructors there told me that it would be fine to do a walk in appointment in Weslaco or Rio Grande City and that I wouldn't have to schedule an appointment. Yeah, right. You need to schedule months in advanced for Weslaco DPS. They tell us to bring a ton of unnecessary documents for getting the license and they aren't professional at all.One instructor, Mr. De La Garza, raised his voice at a student who was parallel parking for the first time ever and using the practice poles with no surrounding cars or traffic. Another instructor, Mr. Leal, is too strict and while it's a good idea to be strict he doesn't realize that he has scared some first time drivers. Nothing is learned in the classroom setting, and the lady at the front desk doesn't do her job. I have no idea how this 'school' became accredited by TEA, but I think someone should randomly observe this place and revoke the rights for these people to teach Driver's Education. Anyone reading this should take my advice and go to Benavides in McAllen instead. Read Less
