Took my road test and it was such an easy process. Called and was able to take it within 20 mins no appointment. Paid $120 and got my driver license test passed. I recommend coming here if you don’t have a good car for the dmv! Mrs. Cruz was so patient and made me feel very comfortable while taking it.

I had a very poor experience at this business. The owner, Connie, was unprofessional and confrontational, which made the environment uncomfortable—especially when issues were addressed in front of other customers. I also found the test examiner, Elizabeth, to be disorganized and unprofessional during the process. Overall, I felt the staff lacked basic customer service and professionalism. I would strongly recommend looking into other local driving schools that have better reviews and reputations. Your time and money deserve to be respected.

My daughter took her driver’s education course here, and while the initial two-week course went smoothly, scheduling her required drive time became a frustrating process due to the lack of available slots.During her driving test, the instructor Elizabeth was rude and repeatedly criticized her, creating a stressful environment. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into a discouraging experience because of the instructor’s behavior. Although she passed, the overall experience was far from positive.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
You pay for the class expecting you’ll get drive time with them only to have to call every single Tuesday for a spot and always be told we don’t have any. It’s been since July and we have been only been able to get 2 hours! The lady is also extremely rude and unprofessional. Yes we teach them at home but we paid for the classes for a reason.

I had an amazing experience. I did my driving lessons with Ms. Cruz and I can tell she is a highly qualified instructor.
Ms. Lizzy is always there to answer your questions whether its over the phone or in person.
The fees are reasonable and you will not regret paying it.

Connie is the person that answers the phone and is very unprofessional and extremely rude!!! They enroll too many students at a time and then when your kid needs drive time, they tell you to call ever...
Connie is the person that answers the phone and is very unprofessional and extremely rude!!! They enroll too many students at a time and then when your kid needs drive time, they tell you to call every Monday at 10:30am. My daughter called every Monday at that time and they were already filled up for the following week. When I called and complained CONNIE would be extremely rude. They don't care about anything but the money. If there isn't enough drive instructors, then they shouldn't enroll so many at one time.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!
The general manager there who's name is Connie is the rudest person I have ever met, how could someone with such poor customer service be the GM of any business. She needs to be fired for her lack of customer service, how disorganized she is, and the way she speaks to customers. Her attitude towards others is unbelievably appalling!
My husband accidentally registered my daughter in the wrong location, so when I asked for a refund she was extremely rude and pretty much yelled out in front of other customers that she had 30 days to issue me a refund and told me to be on my way. When I refused to leave without a refund receipt of some sort, she said to me "well you paid with a visa so you'll see it when we run the refund is issued back to your account". I then replied that I was not going to just leave without proof that she would issue me a refund and she rudely sighed, walked over to a cabinet to take out a receipt book and threw it on her desk.
As if it was too much for her to do her job. I was humiliated to say the least, but I hope other customers there saw her inability to run a business and her lack of respect for others. Afterall customers are the reason she gets a paycheck. I hope this review refrains others from wasting there money at such a poor establishment.

I'm not gonna lie, it's a little weird and it seems odd but the reason I am the amazing driver I am today is because of the driving instructor there (he's an older black gentlemen) who has so much patience and he makes the 2 hour driving time fly by, he reminded me so much of my deceased grandpa, such a lovely human being. I highly recommend this place because of him.

Took my road test and it was such an easy process. Called and was able to take it within 20 mins no appointment. Paid $120 and got my driver license test passed. I recommend coming here if you don’t have a good car for the dmv! Mrs. Cruz was so patient and made me feel very comfortable while taking it.

I had a very poor experience at this business. The owner, Connie, was unprofessional and confrontational, which made the environment uncomfortable—especially when issues were addressed in front of other customers. I also found the test examiner, Elizabeth, to be disorganized and unprofessional during the process. Overall, I felt the staff lacked basic customer service and professionalism. I would strongly recommend looking into other local driving schools that have better reviews and reputations. Your time and money deserve to be respected.

My daughter took her driver’s education course here, and while the initial two-week course went smoothly, scheduling her required drive time became a frustrating process due to the lack of available slots.During her driving test, the instructor Elizabeth was rude and repeatedly criticized her, creating a stressful environment. Connie is the person that answers the phone and is very unprofessional and extremely rude!!! I'm not gonna lie, it's a little weird and it seems odd but the reason I am the amazing driver I am today is because of the driving instructor there (he's an older black gentlemen) who has so much patience and he makes the 2 hour driving time fly by, he reminded me so much of my deceased grandpa, such a lovely human being. I highly recommend this place because of him.
