TERRIBLE in my daughters experience… I could go on about how uncomfortable it’s was for both of us but doesn’t do much, she REALLY! hates this place and from what she says maybe they are sexist…

Zero stars…horrible. DO NOT use these people. You cannot ever get a time to schedule a driving lesson. They have probably 500 people for hardly any spots every week. You have to call on Fridays at...
Zero stars…horrible. DO NOT use these people. You cannot ever get a time to schedule a driving lesson. They have probably 500 people for hardly any spots every week. You have to call on Fridays at 2:30 or online and in 2 minutes there are no spots available. No one answers the phone…ever. Slow to respond on email. They don’t want to talk to anyone in person.

But they couldn't close the deal. We showed up for our appointment with DPS, all of our papers in order after our teens successful driving test. DPS goes to open up ...
The lessons were fine. Good even.
But they couldn't close the deal. We showed up for our appointment with DPS, all of our papers in order after our teens successful driving test. DPS goes to open up the envelope that All Star had sealed the test results and everything in but had neglected to fill out all the required fields on all the forms contained. We had no way of knowing since it was in a sealed envelope.
So a DPS appointment that was hard to come by was wasted.

I had a wonderful experience with All Star. I used their services for the road test since DPS was booked so far out. Don my instructor was one of the nicest people I ever met. Explained everything and made me feel confident and comfortable.

I came to All Star to take my road test because DPS is booked out for months. I was easily able to schedule my test the day before, and it was quite easy to do on their website. I have been putting off taking a road test for years because I had been so nervous about it, but when I arrived Don was unbelievably kind and professional. He helped calm my nerves, walked me through the process, and was the best person I could've asked for to administer my test. I passed because he was able to make me feel comfortable so I was able to drive as normally as I could under the pressure of the test. Afterward, he went over what I could improve on and what I did well with. I wish I had taken classes with them years ago, and done this sooner. I can't recommend them enough.

This company has been in business for over 30 years but yet has not made any changes to modernize the way he does business with the public. Very antiquated run business. He has premium pricing but has not invested in the company to keep up with modern processes. Everything is paper based. You literally have to make a trip to the location to schedule drive time as you can not get through their phone system, nor does anyone call you back. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend All Star Driving school.

All Star has taken care of three of my boys and my mother-in-law. They do a great job and now they give the driving test as well. Very happy with All Star.

But they couldn't close the deal. We showed up for our appointment with DPS, all of our papers in order after our teens successful driving test. I came to All Star to take my road test because DPS is booked out for months. I was easily able to schedule my test the day before, and it was quite easy to do on their website. I have been putting off taking a road test for years because I had been so nervous about it, but when I arrived Don was unbelievably kind and professional. This company has been in business for over 30 years but yet has not made any changes to modernize the way he does business with the public. Very antiquated run business.
