The owner of this driving school provided the worst driving experience for a new driver. On the day of the drivers test he asking if the driver was ready to drive. He is not personable and supportive in helping young learners learn how to drive. The student has never failed a driving time until with him. It is clear that he needs to provide training to his drivers to better train them on driving expectations when teaching young drivers.He was the one to schedule the appointment and could have asked the driver when making the appointment go ensure the driver was ready prior to the day of the drivers test. He is a poor communicator, he did not offer clear feedback on what areas she needed more support on. I would not recommend this school to anyone that wants their child to have a positive and supportive experience when learning how to drive.

Best prices for in class course and adult on the road testing! I paid $40 for my on the road test, and couldn’t have been more grateful after researching throughout Houston for affordable prices. They also offer their own vehicle to use if you don’t have one for the test. Prior to speaking to anyone at West Houston Driving school I was due for an appointment with DPS that would’ve been a two month wait, I was able to make a same day appointment with West Houston Driving school and never felt luckier!

Worst driving school ever! Both my daughters went here and were never ready to take the test. I thought the 1st experience was a coincidence. They overbook and spread themselves thin and the lessons are too far apart. Customer service is ridiculous. The owner had the nerve to tell me to take my business elsewhere when I complained about not getting phone calls back after calling multiple times to book a drivetime . Don't waste your time with them, they are pitiful!

Great driving school for our son. The driver education instructors are very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this driving school.

Both my daughters went here and passed the driving test with high scores. Teens need to hear the importance of texting and drinking while driving. I would highly recommend West Oaks !!!

I don't trust the curriculum. I don't at all feel prepared to pass the written portion of a driving test. Maybe because the entire class seemed like a month long lecture about texting/drinking and driving instead of something that we need to know. They hardly ever answer their phone so I can schedule drive time, and when they do, there's always an excuse as to why I can't schedule any. ("I don't have the list" [seriously?] etc.) I don't trust this school at all.

I was yelled at very loudly by the girl at the front desk. She didn't clarify information, and I was being kind and instead of acting professional, she yelled at me very loudly and rudely while there ...
I was yelled at very loudly by the girl at the front desk. She didn't clarify information, and I was being kind and instead of acting professional, she yelled at me very loudly and rudely while there was a class in session. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! NOT WORTH IT.

The owner of this driving school provided the worst driving experience for a new driver. On the day of the drivers test he asking if the driver was ready to drive.
