Haley did an amazing job , she was upfront and real the whole 5 weekend period sessions. She gave a little about her background that made me feel like she not there looking down on us , I felt she was putting in her all to motivate the class to do better and help us realize what’s right to wrong. She made the classes full of energy and had each of us speak at times and not leave anyone out. She made a better version of my self after these classes. Great instructor, but content needs serious improvement for any sort of impact. If this course has had demonstrable impact on reducing the instances of driving while intoxicated or under the influence, it would have much more impact if filmed and cited in this decade. Read Less

Classes are good but their policy is aboslutely terrible. I had a family emergency come up on the last day and I am completely out 100$. That should not be a thing where you forfeiture the entire class. There should be a thing where you can make up a day via another classroom as it doesnt hurt to have an extra person. A lot of these people are already dealing with providing 5,000 to 20,000 dollars due to a DUI/DWI. I also called via customer service, and I was met rudely with an individual and tried to explain circumstances and they didnt want to hear anything and just said "policy".
