This course could not possibly be any more boring. On top of that, about 1/2 of it is to persuade you not to drink and drive. I get the importance of that, but given that I don't drink it was an interminable time. I only regret that I cannot give it LESS than one star. Read Less

I only wish that I could give less than one star. Hate is not a strong enough word for what I am feeling right now. I am now 13:30, yes OVER THIRTEEN hours into what is required to be 300 minutes of instruction, or 5 hours long. I have finished so far only THREE out of FOUR sections. They are not allowing to go to the next page, and although I have actually completed more than TWICE the required time, they still delay my reading of every single page by 15-40 seconds past when I am done reading, and ALSO have just forced me to take one of the FOUR MANDATORY 15 minute breaks and will not allow me to proceed until I have wasted the full 15 minutes. So, here I am. This site is FULL of inaccurate statements. Were you aware there are no veins within the brain? LOL. Well this site says so. Although, Gray's anatomy seems to think differently and even has pictures to back it up. Maybe that lack of blood flow within THEIR brains accounts for the sloppy fact checking. and one of their EXAM questions insists that DIRECTION and point of impact are key factors in determining survivability of a crash, but the other choices given include INERTIA and MOMENTUM, which are also really very much key factors, but according to their test, those things don't really matter and are not a key factor as to whether or not a crash would be survivable. Their so-called "customer service" has no managers on duty to complain about the $#itty customer service and unqualified staff. NOT a single licensed instructor is available to answer content related questions. and apparently they don't take too well to complaints regarding their website, and have hung up on me MULTIPLE TIMES, in fact, only ONE Time was I the one who hung up on them - after being on HOLD for 15 minutes without resolution to my complaint. and by the way, the last time I called - after completing module #2 in an ASTOUNDING 6 hours and 23 minutes, they customer service person DAN informed me that it looked like I only have about 3 hours left to complete the last two modules. I thought oh well, I guess that is less time than starting over again, but now, 7 hours later, I have only managed to work through #3. EVERY VIDEO Segment is absolute torture. on the video regarding airbags, it took me ONE HOUR and 10 minutes to complete a 15 minute video segment, due to everything being so slow on their end. I've checked and have no problem watching videos on other sites, like Netflix or youtube, nope, just their site. took 10 minutes to buffer enough to watch the first 2 minutes. 45 minutes in and only allowed to see about 10 minutes out of the video, I thought I would let it buffer for a while. SO the site automatically logs me out for "inactivity" because THEIR Server is too slow to actually allow a video to download. Read Less

Worst experience ever! Find a better site. It's text based reading for 90% of the course. 10% is video or audio. Some of the videos are poorly synced (audio lagging behind video), grainy, 1980's community theater productions of why not to drink and drive. During the 1st of the 4 modules, I completed most of the pre-test questions correctly. After an hour of the course, I came to the first module test. A score of 70% or more was needed in order to proceed. I scored a 50%, because of questions like, "What is the annual cost of property damage from all traffic related crashes?" $2.2 billion or $1.1 billion. I had read that information over 1 hour earlier. Without having taken notes, I was stumped. Several dozen sets of stats were given throughout the hour long module. Having failed the module 1 test, I expected that I could review Module 1 at my leisure and then re-take the test. NO! I was required to retake the hour long module 1. For each and every screen, there is a mandatory minimum time you must spend on the screen. Even after answering a question correctly, if the proper allocated amount of time has not elapsed, for that page, you are made to sit and wait for the time to elapse. Read Less

I wish I would have read the reviews for this course before hand. The course is horrible with out of date stats and information (2009, its now 2015). Also the videos you have to watch are terrible quality can barely make anything out and the audio is delayed by a few seconds. You also see popup adds on the video that cover half the little window you have to close. If you go fullscreen on the youtube videos they are using its even worse. As a previous review stated you will be well over 8hrs before complete, I am at 8.5 hours in the middle of Module 3, granted I took a 2 hour break and the time kept running, but that's still 6.5hours of this terrible course. Do not purchase the audio package, the dude talks way to slow and only adds time to your pain. I have had to take one of these courses once before through another company, I wish I could remember that other company, while this class will never be enjoyable, the other was better. This course is nothing more than a GIANT and I do mean GIANT Powerpoint slideshow with crappy 15 year old videos here and there. Go with another company, I will loose my *$%^ if my cert doesn't come in the mail on time. Read Less

Go take the sit in class. This online course is bogus. It is way to long and inconvenient. I will be sharing this info with my network. Texas requires the course to be 6hrs long. When you finish you will be well over 8 hrs. Waste of time and resources. Read Less

Worst place to take the course. I have taken courses before many other online courses like this . The certificate didn't arrive on time so I called and spoke with 3 different customer service reps. and they all told me different stories. I finished my course on 12/7 and it's already been more then 10 days. The first time I called, the guy told me it should be arrive the next day, and when I called for second time, the lady told me it should arrive in 22nd. When I called on 22nd, the other lady told me that it should be arriving on 26th and even she hang up on me. I had to purchase the second day shipping because I'm not going to take chance when they keep telling me different stories every time I call them. They should be more responsible and should stop making people spend more money when they don't have to. Never take the course from this place. Read Less
