Laura was the sweetest. As well as the lady who taught the permit class. The owner however doesn’t call to reschedule and doesn’t answer the phone when you call wondering If it’s rescheduled. I had the most unprofessional experience with this business from the offices not being open at specified times stated if you call the office you get another office or a time warner recording to the owner making excuses for her employees actions when they schedule you for driving the both instructor s are not on the same page they tried to charge my son for a missed session that they didn't schedule properly because they made changes to schedule then they lost my sons lost permit while making a copy for his log and the owner insisted that her instructor gave it back to my son when in fact that was untrue and basically telling me my son is a liar and when I tell them about the situation the owner began to call me rude because I asked what kind of business are you running now grant it I call the next day for the status of my child's permit and all the owner ms. Reyna can do is tell me her instructor gave it back to my son again and tell me they looked everywhere for it car and all so yest Thurs she calls me and tells me she found that same permit her instructor gave my son proceeds to wanna tell me that another student saw my son put it in the arm rest of the Cara they drive the same car I was told they looked everywhere in so she was going to make another excuse instead of taking responsibility for her employees actions I was told that my son would no longer be able to be serviced there because and I have to wait for my refund in the mail that's not how they received payment 3 hours before my son finishes they pull this so do waste your time energy or money with this company I made that mistake or any of their sister companies had it been my child's fault I would have owned up to the mistake Read Less
