Please do not trust the 5 star reviews you see for this establishment!!! The driving instructor asks everyone to leave a review after the in-class course is over, leading to an excessive amount of 5-star reviews from kids/teens who don't know any better. They are awful at communicating, not responding to remind messages until long after they've been sent. After trying to communicate over the phone (like you would expect from any acceptable business), they sent out an ai-generated announcement that all communications will be conducted through Remind (essentially giving them an excuse to delay responses, since Remind communication is simply texting). They also gave out the dates for the instructor-taught course extremely last minute, giving no time to fit it into your plans, and refusing to reschedule anything (likely to force you to pay for another overpriced contract once the one they make you sign at the beginning expires.) Finally, the actual quality of the course is subpar at best. The classroom has a heavy emphasis on teaching things that rarely aid in driving, such as the EXACT names and architecture of different intersections, or exactly how long it takes for your brain to process different aspects of driving (encouraging safe driving habits is a significantly better use of classroom time than forcing the memorization of specific numbers.) Additionally, the information is just completely outdated. There have been multiple class days where a large portion of it was dedicated to DRP points system, a system that has been repealed in Texas since 2019. The handbook they had given for students to study from and what the test were on was outdated during the time I took the class, meaning that not only was the info taught unnecessary to teach safe driving habits, but it also potentially misleading, as the information wasn't accurate to Texas Law. Finally, I have a problem with the instructors at this school. What I don't understand is how they where weirdly insistent that I get behind the wheel before I legally could. They wanted students to have driving practice before they get their permits, but they also wanted 60 hours logged AFTER receiving the permit, making the illegal driving time seem unnecessary. When I brought this up, the teacher simply said that "if I say I was practicing I wouldn't get in trouble", as if practicing without a license isn't still just breaking the law. Encouraging your students to practice illegally isn't a good look when you already expect DOUBLE the Texas minimum practice driving hours before they can take behind-the-wheel classes. I do not write this review to shame the staff, or to bash this place because of a minor issue. I write this because over time, every single experience I've had with this school has been negative. These guys got me in to take my driver's test within a week. With DPS, it would have taken me a month. And when a small administrative error would have prevented me from taking the test at all, they bent over backwards to make sure I got an appointment that day. Poor professionalism, lack of communication, do not cooperate, expensive, unwilling to help and their 24/7 service is not truly 24/7. Stay away and look at other options if you can. Notice how most reviews are just 5 stars without any actual comments. Read Less

I have to say, out of the other driving schools that my oldest kids went to, my two younger daughters had a better experience with these guys. When I enrolled my oldest kids for drivers ed they took it at EPCC, and the driving instructor sucked I had to request 3 different ones because my kids felt uncomfortable and pressured without clear instructions. The class was so bland for them, all text book work they told me. But here they taught my 2 youngest and boy, I can see the difference. This school makes them understand the reality of the responsibility that comes with a license, there's not a,day that goes by where they catch me doing something wrong or unsafe. AWFUL place!!!!! Instructor ALYNA is a joke! Save your money and go elsewhere! No kidding! Out of five lessons aI paid for upfront she was at least 20 minutes late and never apologized for it and completely missed one due to her falling asleep! What a joke of a business. Classes are not on time. The driving instructor forgets or misses track of time and misses driving lesson time. For example it is now 12:15 pm and the driving instructor is not here for the driving lesson yet. The other instructor called the driving instructor and she is on her way. Read Less
