I never leave bad reviews but I must say I should have listened to the bad reviews. This place is very unorganized but for this review I will stick to the main part that really upset me . The guy that gave the road test is obviously racist/prejudice against my husband.. My son came couple weeks before my husband did the road test with the same guy, my son who is mixed race and American made mistakes on his test and the guy past him so easily. My son even said mom this guy doesn’t really care much about this test. My husband is very dark carribean man been driving for years did very well on the driving test I saw him with my own eyes for most of the test. My husband recently moved to America. He also seemed very frustrated with my husband accent. The way he talked to my husband like he was a child was unacceptable. My husband felt so sad. The first thing my husband said when he got out of the car was this man does not like me. He lied about our road test saying my husband did things he did not do only to take our money. If I could give 0 stars I would. We paid $450 for 6 hours of lessons for our aupair that recently moved here from another country. She waited for the instructor in the shade as it's 100 degrees outside. He didn't see her and told her "This is America, I don't know what y'all do in Colombia but you need to get with what Americans do. You should have walked over to my car at 9am." He also called me and repeated this same message. Dan taught her parallel parking and she doesn't know how to part forward facing into a spot. The manager said today because regular parking isn't on the test . We are having trouble with turns and staying in the lane. I told the manager I was not happy and shared our experience. He said Dan is an excellent teacher and not racist because he's Hispanic. I never called Dan racist I said I was offended by that comment. It's unkind to tell someone that. Our driver doesn't know the basics and uses her blinker at roundabouts and leaving the driveway. Dan told her to use the blinker each time she goes left or right. The manager recorded my call when I was complaining and I asked to speak to someone else. He was not helpful at all. I didn't feel heard or like he cared. This place almost never answers call. We have a bad instructor with lesson issues and left voicemail a few days ago and still no one called me back. My child is taking driving lessons currently. After the first lesson, the second and third lessons started going down hill. Not only the driving instructor showed up late, but also he went and sit down for lunch during my child's lesson and he asked to do so again next lesson. The 4th lesson would have happened with the same person from previous two times, I ended up telling him to forget it after waiting for over 45 minutes. Additionally, this instructor's unprofessional behavior is even more alarming. BTW - I thought we are getting driving lessons from Colony driving school, but somehow we end up getting lessons from courtesy driving instead. Please be aware! Read Less
