Melissa makes my morning every single time I walk in. She's so beyond easy to talk to, and beyond friendly. She does her best to get things sorted and obviously knows how to do her job. It's just wonderful talking to her. She always has a smile. I don't have enough words to describe how much she makes my day, before and after the drives. Shes like, the greatest hype man ever. Mr Taylor and Mr Robertson are phenomenal instructors, though I think Mr Taylor has been the best one so far (haven't had Ms Joy yet). They both make the instructions clear and answer all the questions I have, which is a lot because i'm a nervous driver. Everything about our experience with Safeway was great. It was easy to schedule lessons and the lessons were always on time. The couple of times I had questions, my emails were responded to very quickly. My son got great instruction and had a very positive experience taking his driving test with Safeway. Great and rewarding experience! My instructor was very patient and kind during my 2 hour lesson. I had fun while learning how to be a safe and confident driver. I would recommend Safeway Driving to anyone wanting to learn how to drive or become a better driver. The only downside was that the lesson was a little pricey. The reason I am making this review is not for the establishment but more for the online course.I feel that the online course setup is very poor. I am currently 15 years old and very disappointed about the online course. Not because I would be bias to school but more because I feel that the way the course is poorly setup. Lets start with the first flaw. The way it is setup. The way the online course is managed is probably the worst part about the whole experience. This is also why the current school system is failing. The information in the entirety of the course is well needed and necessary. After a session it will ask you to take a test. This is the worst part about the entire thing. So when I went in to take the test for the second time I realized that I wanted to change one of my answers but seeing that I was unable to go back made me very angry as a regular hand written test, you could go back as many times as you wanted, but not here. So after completing the test I was once again greeted by the failed test screen. Now at this point I am very angry that I wasted my time going through the first section. Now you might be wondering, ok so I failed so just do the test again. Not true. This is also where another flaw is. Every time you fail to pass the test at the end of a section that is over 100 pages long you have to go through the 100 page long section. But you may think that you can just skip right to the end of the section and take the test again. Not true in the slightest. In the sections of chapters you have to go through it just like you would the first time, meaning that you have to wait at least 2 minutes per page to get to the end. And I know that I might seem dramatic but I mean it when I say that the way they attempt to educate their students on their online course is beyond terrible. Our regular School system is bad enough but this just takes it to another level of bad. Its literal torture. Thanks for stealing over one thousand dollars and my time and efforts. Read Less

They don't deserve any star. Worst place ever for defensive driving. I have finished mine over a month ago, but the result never came. When I called the customer service to ask about my certificate, they said they have already shipped it. It just never came. Also, their customer service needs some serious lesson as they don't know how to speak with a customer politely. Take your business elsewhere. Read Less

When you call the main company the customer service is great, this branch sucks. I had to pay an extension fee because of their system. It wouldn't save my daughter's last tests on the last day and she didn't tell me about it utill it was too late. Now we are trying to schedule the driving test here because it's a little less intimidaing- doesn't have to take the test with a police officer, and she has anxiety anyway, plus she's used to the cars, I thought this would be a better option since we get a discount...but I can't get anyone to call us back!!!! Very easy to use. My daughter managed everything on her own and there were plenty of reminders and advanced notice of deadlines. Convenient and Easy to make scheduled drives because they picked up at TWHS. Called several times to ask questions and always received nice women to patiently provided a wealth of information.Read Less

I've called this business twice now and been hung up on both times. The guy answers and as I'm asking a question about enrolling TWO ppl, he mumbles something and then hangs up. Then when I call back he sends me to voicemail. I thought it was maybe my cell phone the first time but nope. When I called him another day he did the same thing. Except I actually heard him say "nope!" before he hung up. I hadn't even asked about our teen son who also needs driving lessons. So incredibly rude and bizarre to say the least! I suggest you to use someone else. My daughter has had to retake at least 5 online classes because their site "forgot" she passed - one she had to take 3 times. It wasn't fixed until we contacted their tech support with a screen shot showing she passed. After that, they seem to have lost part of her driving records so he has to retake the in-car sessions. I will not be using them for my other 2 kids. In addition some of the things they recommend to my daughter is just dangerous, such as speed across an intersection where there's a median to go straight across. Save yourself a lot of frustration and go elsewhere. Read Less
