I just got off the phone with them to schedule my behind the wheel test and whoever answered the phone was very very, very rude extremely rude. If I haven’t already did my written exam with you guys I would have just not gone through with you guys if that was the energy I have gotten over the phone very nasty.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
I attended Austin Drivers School IN WACO AND I HAD AN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! When I started my driving lessons i started to notice the older people up there are very grumpy and rude, there was a time that a instructor (White older man with white medium length hair, name starts with a S) slammed on the brakes and raises his voice at the student driver when it was the students turn to go at a stop sign, he was convinced that the student was rushing but he absolutely wasn’t, it was literally his turn to go. I also noticed this one older lady idk her name, she was using a lot of profanity and was being very unprofessional even in front of students, she was talking a lot of crap about a girl who had an attitude with her calling her the b-word and saying that she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. This is the same lady who did my drivers test, she was very rude and obviously didn’t know what she was talking about, when I was driving she was like “what are you supposed to do right here” on a empty straight away road, i said “go straight?” And she proceeded to say “very unacceptable” which made me very confused as to what she was talking about. I still ended up passing my drivers test but these people should not be working here, they make us teen students feel uncomfortable and make us not want to do it ESPECIALLY THE GIRLS!! THESE WORKERS NEED TO BE REMOVED AND THEY NEED A WHOLE NEW ORGANIZATION OF EMPLOYEES!! (the young front office lady and the university coach are the only nice people there that are patient and kind to us) VERY OVERPRICED FOR THIS TYPE OF EXPERIENCE

Just passed my driving test at Austin Driving School! The ladies there were fantastic—kind, professional, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. They were very supportive and explained everything clearly. I’m really grateful for such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I had a very frustrating experience trying to set up my road test. When I called the office, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional, i’ve dealt with her before and she’s always had the same tone and she is a Hispanic lady. Every time I tried to explain what I needed, she kept interrupting me and would not let me finish a single sentence.
When I finally managed to say what I was calling about, she responded by telling me that I should have said that in the first place, even though she never gave me the chance to fully explain. Her tone was dismissive and condescending, and the entire interaction felt unnecessary and disrespectful.
If you’re going to work the front desk and handle customers, basic listening skills and courtesy should be expected.

Both of my children went through this program and loved it! The receptionist is friendly and easy to work with when scheduling make up days or drive time. Highly recommend!

Worst experience and waste of money !! I wouldn't say that the entire franchise is bad, but I got the worst driving teacher ever, I don't remember her name one fat white lady who worked part-time at a canteen in some school in Waco.. She was rude, demoralizing and rather than encouraging me, she was like "You are really bad at Driving". Out of the 1.5 hrs that was allotted per session, she drove the vehicle for 35 mins.. What the hell ? The other guy Mr.Brown was good [had him for only 1 lesson], the lady who answers the call is fine too, but my bad luck I ended up with such an instructor :-( :-(

Great school! Instructor is dedicated to making sure students know and understand signs and laws. You can tell she's there because she wants to be and not because she has to be.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to set up my road test. When I called the office, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional, i’ve dealt with her before and she’s always had the same tone and she is a Hispanic lady. Worst experience and waste of money !! I wouldn't say that the entire franchise is bad, but I got the worst driving teacher ever, I don't remember her name one fat white lady who worked part-time at a canteen in some school in Waco..
