Emily was an amazing instructor! She was warm, cheerful, and made every lesson feel comfortable and encouraging. She knew all the best tips and tricks that made learning to drive so much easier and helped build my confidence behind the wheel. Her patience, positive attitude, and ability to explain things clearly made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Would not recommend this school if you actually want to learn how to drive. My brother took all three lessons here and obviously don't know how to turn or brake. He literally drove straight into a traffic light today. I understand new drivers make mistakes, which is exactly why we paid for driving lessons in the first place, but this is ridiculous, we expected him to at least learn the basics of driving after finishing all his lessons.

i payed for the online class work and it was very easy and flexible for me to use, i was able to work on it at my own pace which worked out perfectly! my driving instructor, Robyn, was very helpful and kind. she walked me through all the proper steps and what i need to be prepared for on my road test. would definitely recommend a-1 to any new drivers!

Terrible. The instructor had some major rage issues. It was my first time driving and when I accidentally did not use my blinker he slammed on the brakes in the middle of state street and yelled at me...
Terrible. The instructor had some major rage issues. It was my first time driving and when I accidentally did not use my blinker he slammed on the brakes in the middle of state street and yelled at me for five minutes (while still in the middle of state street). Two cars almost ran into us because he slammed the brakes so hard. Real tough guy to yell and berate 15 year old students and put all the passengers in danger. Go somewhere where the instructors actually teach and don't bully their students.

The A one driver, a caucasian man who looked to be 50-65, tried to drive me off the road today on 1300 East and about 5600 South. I kid you not, two lanes were going into one in front of Woodstock Elementary, and I sped up to get over. This man literally FLOORED IT and tried to run me down. It was so aggressive and insane-I wrote down the name of this driving school to report him. Ironic-he was a driving instructor or else he stole that vehicle. Either one, he does not belong on the road. (BTW-if A plus is reading this and the car WAS stolen-contact me and I will take this down).

I had a great experience at this school. I took driving school with a friend and we liked our instructor. He tolerated us even though we were sometimes disruptive. In the end we past our driving test and can drive.

Called the office manager, Brian, to offer feedback after my first and only driving lesson through this school. He was repeatedly impatient and cutting me off, becoming increasingly hostile and verba...
Called the office manager, Brian, to offer feedback after my first and only driving lesson through this school. He was repeatedly impatient and cutting me off, becoming increasingly hostile and verbally abusive. Said I was talking "like an idiot", insisted I "get to the point" very early on, and insisted that I should have called with feedback more immediately repeatedly, though I articulated why I didn't call back right away. And it was only 2 weeks later. The Holladay instructor, Ron I believe his name is, was not communicative and I didn't feel safe while on the road. But Brian was temperamental, hostile, and made the whole experience much more painful, with personal insults to boot. I never called him any name, and to be told in a loud voice that you are "like an idiot" is never a good experience. I advise anyone to look to other driving schools.

Would not recommend this school if you actually want to learn how to drive. My brother took all three lessons here and obviously don't know how to turn or brake. He literally drove straight into a traffic light today. The A one driver, a caucasian man who looked to be 50-65, tried to drive me off the road today on 1300 East and about 5600 South. I kid you not, two lanes were going into one in front of Woodstock Elementary, and I sped up to get over. This man literally FLOORED IT and tried to run me down. It was so aggressive and insane-I wrote down the name of this driving school to report him. Ironic-he was a driving instructor or else he stole that vehicle. Called the office manager, Brian, to offer feedback after my first and only driving lesson through this school. He was repeatedly impatient and cutting me off, becoming increasingly hostile and verbally abusive. Said I was talking "like an idiot", insisted I "get to the point" very early on, and insisted that I should have called with feedback more immediately repeatedly, though I articulated why I didn't call back right away.
