This was hands down the worst experience I have EVER encountered with a business. I signed my son up for the three two-hour drives and the home packet. We completed the drives and packet in less than week. My son took the test, and we were told, “someone will be reaching out to let you know if you pass.” Several days passed and we heard nothing. I called multiple times, but no one would pick up. I even left a voicemail and never received a call back. Several days later, I finally reached someone. I asked what the protocol was and what the next steps were. The woman seemed completely oblivious. She said my son had never taken the test and still needed to fill out the packet. I explained that he had already completed the packet, so she asked for his name again and said, “you’re right, you don’t need to fill out the packet or bring back the books—he already did that.” Like huh, how do you not know this? So I kept asking what the next steps are and she was just more confused. Can you just tell me what’s after the packet and she said “the test”. I said I think he already took the test and she said no he didn’t. Eventually, after talking with my son, he said he had taken the test. Like what the hell. She also said “well I may have forgotten to tell you what the order of things were, but it’s on the first page of the packet. I questioned why I would read a packet that my son is studying and I was also never told to read it. Why would I do that? My son is the one taking the test. It makes no sense at all to expect me to read the book for him. At no point did she apologize for the repeated confusion and the total lack of clarity. The insane part is I will call back tomorrow and have to tell her “my son took the test”. Because no one there actually knows what’s going on. This entire experience was disorienting, stressful, and frustrating. I would never recommend this company for driver’s education. We had a much better, professional experience a few years ago with A-1 driving school. Read Less

I did the drive only course here. The instructors were great. Very friendly and helpful. But the scheduler did not know that they can't give road tests to their own students and scheduled me to test with them. When I showed up for the test, they turned me down. It was a huge inconvenience and set me back weeks to get my licence. Read Less

What an awful experience my friend had! All they want is to get you take a course for more money, and if that doesn't work they fail you on the test so you pay twice to take a test to pass. What a scam to make more money. HORRIBLE. Not even worth one star, in all honesty. Read Less

They just want to make money and try to push you to take classes. Dont do background check on you. The guy thought I already had my license from the country I am from, and treated my like I was dumb. I will never go back to that place again and I recommend people finding other schools to take their drives test. Before we even started the test the instructor told me I had already lost points.
