This place is horrible, do not go here if you don’t want to waste your money. All the 5 star reviews are definitely fake my little sister took her drivers test this morning. The driver inspector was very rude and unprofessional and she felt that he was being racist towards her. He didn’t speak much English so they couldn’t understand each other. He was very rude during the test, rolling his eyes and Raising his voice at her. He asked her to turn right and then changed his mind last minute and told her to go straight which is very confusing for a teenager because they’re already nervous. At this time we are asking for a refund for the unprofessional behavior that we encountered at this facility. On her score sheet it’s just a bunch of lines and arrows and he refused to let her go get our dad after the test which is illegal and you cannot hold anybody let alone a minor against their own will. She did not feel safe or respected at this place at all. And honestly I have no respect for someone that can make a teenage girl cry because of how rude and inconsiderate he is. Read Less

For me was a Horrible experience take my road test there.They have a instructor her name is Norma she has a car that I have not idea how it has safely and emissions because it drives so bad. I felt that they reprobated me for the sole purpose of pay again 35 Box. I don’t recomend take your test there. Read Less

Worst experience, the instructor is rude, does not come on time. Deducts unnecessary points in driving test. Did most of things correct in test, she fails intentionally to take driving class and then would pass. Don't give driving test there at all. Read Less

Worst experience ever!! Signed up my 17 yo step daughter for drivers ed. They never answer their phones and they take FOREVER to score tests. Took a road test with Norma and she was awesome!! Went to DLD to get license and even though Norma said it would take 30 min to enter passing score on road test it was in there within 15 min. The passing scores from RDI, however, were not in even though she finished 2 weeks prior. Also, there is an online test we were not informed of. While she sat at the DLD taking that test on her phone I had to drive back to RDI and was told the scores would be in there within an hour. Waited the hour and still nothing. Go somewhere else. Instructor was not paying attention and was on his phone the whole time looking at pictures and what not. Had he been paying​attention, he would've​ realized that certain things would've have been completed correctly and the test would've been passed. Waste of money, he is a liar and would not issue a refund because of his lack of attention saying he was fully aware the whole time. Do not use this company! They are absolutely ridiculous! I've been driving since I was 14 and have had a CDL since the year 2000. The only reason I'm having to take a road test is because my licence expired and and wasn't able to renew with in the aloud time, for technical reasons so there for I came to this place for a 10 min drive for the instructor to fail me because he says I blew a stop sign when I actually did stop at it for at least 20 seconds and for not getting back in the proper lane after making a U turn.... Really??? Then the instructor proceeds in telling me that we could have been pulled over for not stopping at the stop sign which I did stop at, and not getting back in the proper lane after a U turn. I can totally understand If I was getting my license for the very first time but this is not right. It made me feel like they just wanted my money to fail me to make me come back and pay them again for another bullshit road test. At the DLD they at least give you 2 tries and not super anal.
